Michelle and the girls are always so good to me. I've been coming here a while now, and I will not go anywhere else. They've not only helped with my confidence, but I have grown incredibly fond of Michelle and every one here. Michelle is by far one of the best people I've ever met. She's such a wonderful human. I really found this place to verlbe very.professional. The prices are sky high but honestly the groupons they have floating round really help!!! And Amanda was an Amazing LNP (license nurse practitioner). You can tell from the way she carries herself and how she speaks that she did well in school and knows her stuff and is very knowledgeable and good at her craft and exceptional delicate surgical procedure. When you first get lip injections (never had them before) you look so scary!!! I hated the way it looked i thought it was botched and scary. But she assured me once the swelling goes down it will look just as you want it to. Like we discussed what I wanted and she made it happen. It been four days since my procedure and i am so happy with the results!!! The swelling is coming down greatly to basically back to normal and my lips look so cute and plump and just what I wanted !! This is my second time coming to this location. All of the staff were absolutely amazing! Very friendly & welcoming. The whole atmosphere of the medspa was very clean, and calming as well. It was definitely a whole vibe. I felt very comfortable during my appointment, and wasn't nervous about anything. Ashley was very informative, and my injector Michelle made sure to explain what was being done and listened to what I wanted to achieve with my services. I love that I didn't feel pressured into spending more on any other services at my appointment, but I will definitely be back either way because of my experience that's for sure! Everyone is so very nice there. Michelle is who I usually see and I just love her technique as well as how personable she is to me. Everything is explained very clearly from all staff there when you have a question. What I love which I have never been to another place that has does this is they give you an aftercare document to tell you what to do and not to do. Very clear directions. I love that they are not pushy sales ppl. Super friendly staff. Clean office, bathroom and rooms. Never worried about anything being dirty. Also prices are up front. Michelle is an artist. She did my fillers in cheeks chin and lips. The swelling has resolved and now everyone is saying how good and natural they look. She did a very thorough assessment, and explained what she thought would help areas i was unhappy about. she explained the process as she did each injection.
