Solid thrift store. Prices were all cheap. A lot of clothing options. There were people working, and they seemed cordial enough. We'll be back. read more

Huge location with an ever changing inventory. There are so many household items at such great prices. Parking was good as well.

Great local thrift store! This place brings back the authenticity and feel of thrift shopping before its glamorization in today's world. Unbeatable prices and great customer service. Workers are always very helpful and friendly and I can always leave here with a load of goods only having spent a fraction of what corporate thrift stores want read more

Fabulously Frugal is my favorite kind of thrift shop: they have a little bit of everything, and their prices are pretty darned good. Located off the main drag in downtown Snohomish, I found this little gem on a recent Sunday of local brewery hopping. Their parking lot is tiny but I did find a spot - lots of street parking on the side of the building, though, if they're busy. The store has everything from adult & children's clothing to collectibles, household items, and a pretty decent selection of craft and sewing stuff too. They have a nice book area, and some smaller furniture pieces and sporting equipment too. As with most thrift shops, you have to look around to find the true gems. While the store was well-organized, I was frustrated that the clothing didn't seem to be sorted by size (at least not noticeably so) so I steered clear of that area. I did pick up a few sewing accessories and things for my kitchen - got out of there for less than $10 which is my idea of a successful thrifting experience! read more

I used to love this store but ever since the new manager its gone down hill. Ive seen her eating with her mouth open many times. She also has said she hasnt wanted to be there and was never welcoming, always glaring and sighing. Ive seen her not being kind towards the employees, prioritizing herself over others. Another thing is nothing is cheap. There are dollar store items going for upwards of 6 dollars. Tables for nearly 300 and blanket sets for 20. You can get some of those things for way less at the store. Id suggest not going there unless you want poor service, a crappy manager and to spend your life savings. read more

A young gentlman works there, longish hair is always so pleasant. Prices are reasonable and just a relaxed vibe. One of my favorite thrifiting place. read more

Okay okay, so this thrift store is not exactly a treasure trove of treasures, however, if you're not looking for actual treasures it's a decent place to dig around in. I buy a lot of picture frames here and then do little art projects with them, they're great and they have a TON of frames. I've also purchased a glass curio cabinet that we are completely flipping for my kitchen and I've purchased a large file cabinet for $15. Gotta have a place for those important papers. I've purchased ceramic deviled egg dishes - that I use for a paint palette and a few other doo dads from them. I see a lot of clothes and shoes there, not my thing but they have a good selection for the size store, and once they had an amazing king sized sleigh bed for $50. Wow, what a deal! If I were a furniture flipper I'd really like this place because their furniture is inexpensive and seems to have a quick turn over. (My glass 6'5' curio cabinet in perfect condition was $50.) The staff is really nice, they have always helped me with bigger items even without me having to ask for help, they just show up and help. Overall I like the store and I enjoy taking a look at what they have every few weeks or so, and hey, it helps the local Senior Center, so that's a plus too. read more

used to be a great thrift store but since mid 2023 they have changed what they now sell. Gone is most of the furniture as well as the electronics. It's now a shell of it's former self. You can still find good bargains here but you do have to look hard and come back often. read more

This establishment is a dump. Horrible customer service, and extremely unorganized. Management is failing and proper customer service training is needed. Pricing is all over the place and though all items are donated, the prices are set by the staff and none negotiable, which is absurd considering families in need in this time! I not support this establishment anymore and would not recommend to anyone. The Goodwill in Monroe, Saint Vincent de Paul's Monroe, Helping Hands in lake Stevens on hwy 9 are extremely well put together and customer service is amazing and all prices are negotiable! read more

It's cool, never had a issue with anyone there. More organized as of recently. Nice place :)

The name says it all. I just love love this shop where I can thrifty on a dime. You can get killer 40s jewelry for a great deal. I just bought a killer purse there along with some great vintage dresses. Go check it out people you will not be disappointed regardless of what other reviews or people say. You will get killer deals. read more

As I was shopping this morning I heard (Josh) I believe is his name yell super rudely at a customer because the man was trying to test an item out as you're not allowed to return anything. It's understandable if you're not allowed test but yell at someone rather than explain or ask nicely? Not acceptable. I love Snohomish and love to support my community but I will not be coming back and I hope that man who I've seen here several times don't come back here either. read more

I absolutely love this place! I purchased a dinnerware set of 10. Everything was there except for the coffee cups. Which was fine with me because they are too small anyway. I happened to go on a 50% off day. I ended up paying $25.00 for the set of Mikasa dinnerware. I went online later and found that to replace one of the dinnerplates was $33.99. The butter dish was $89.99. There were no chips on any of them, they were like new. The customer service is impecable. I've been back several times since. Love them! read more

Best thrift store anywhere, that I have seen, for prices and a chance to really find treasures! The staff is very helpful and friendly and there are lots of new items every day! You really should plan to take time to look through everything! read more

I love to thrift shop and am somewhat of a connoisseur. Often times I visit FF, it's a big belly flop. Occasionally I find something cute and priced well, but it's very inconsistent, which thrifting can be, but I'd say more often than not, I find nothing. Overall, the prices are quite high, for items that are, for lack of a better word, junk. The service is crap, run by volunteers I think, and plain rude most times. There are lots of signs about what you can and can not do at the price register. Don't even bother trying to buy something that isn't marked. On one occasion, I was maybe walking around three minutes, when the lights were turned out and an old lady yelled "WE'RE CLOSING PEOPLE!!!" Well fine, I hightailed it out of there. A simple "Ladies and Gents, I'm sorry but we are closing, we will be open tomorrow during these hours." I also inquired about donating items at one point, and was told they're very choosy about what they accept and it depends on what I have. Eyeball roll! I do think this has changed now, and you can drop stuff off up front inside the store. Since it's pretty much the only thrift store in town, I do keep going back, but it's definitely not fabulous and I rarely find something that satisfies this frugal gal. read more

My last experience with the store was so-so. They wouldn't let me use my credit card for some reason to purchase even though they accept credit cards. Gonna have to avoid this store until I feel like coming back. read more

Very rude to me! Yelled at me threatening to TOW MY CAR if I left it parked where while shopping at the farmers market AFTER shopping here. I am a customer, you have no right to two my car if I want to walk across the street to get flowers. I won't be coming back, I'm not missing out on anything the variety and quality here isn't anything to brag about. read more

Omg! I'm honestly embarrassed at how off the wall rude the woman behind the counter was. I was totally shocked. Cute stuff and mostly fair prices, bonus is it seems to support charity too, but wtf!!! It was so bad I put my stuff back and left :/ Super bummed. read more

Stopped by for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised by the nice, clean store! I picked up 10 tea cups and saucers for under $30. It was 1/2 price off day which comes once a month (lucky me!). As I walked through the store I was happy to see neat, clean shelves. The clothing was $1.00 apiece. Most of it was in very good condition. Prices were what I normally see in other Thrift Stores. They run the store to benefit the Snohomish Senior Center and are in a prime area with good parking. I will visit again when I am over this way. read more

Great finds; however, the people behind the counter you need to watch. Especially when it comes to running the total amount on your card (I spent about $6 and she charged my card $115). The older lady behind the counter gets very distracted. She even stopped in the middle of my transaction to show a new girl how to set up the price gun to price items. read more

Terrible expirence. The whole place was dirty and unkept, and so were the employees. There was this one worker who had his pants so far down his underwear was showing, and he was walking around the store belching loudly, which was so disgusting. And, not to mention the prices were ridiculously high. Like for example, there was this lotion that has the original price on it, it was $8.99 from bath and body works, but the store priced it for $14.99, which is more than retail. So basically, I didn't have a good time and I didn't find anything good, and will not go back. read more

This used to be my favorite off the beaten path thrift store. But on my last few visits I've noticed that it doesn't appear to be the same friendly little shop it was on multiple visits past. The prices have quadrupled (Example: dollar store flatware marked $2 per piece!). More disturbing, however, their young male sales person is flat out rude. He is unfriendly, makes me feel like he has something personal against me every time I go in the store, and generally provides a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend the store to friends or acquaintances, unfortunately because it does benefit a good cause. read more

I will agree with the previous review that some of the stuff in this thrift store is over-priced, but not everything. I was actually able to get some really good deals here. My wedding was in Sept 2013, and I spent a couple months prior to the wedding looking for various items we needed. I found some really cute, reasonably-priced decorations, serving utensils, etc. I also (unexpectedly) found my wedding dress there. It was brand new, $70 and fit perfectly without any alterations. Overall, I'm pretty happy with this little thrift shop. read more

Terrible customer service. .I have been to many thrift stores. The older lady behind cashier counter very rude and makes sarcastic remarks when you ask about stuff there and she should be fired!! Others there are rude also!! You think after these bad reviews they would change their employees ! My friends and I love thrift shopping but who needs to be treated rude while purchasing things!! I told all my friends and family never shop here!! So sad !! read more

I enjoy visiting this establishment very much. The staff is always helpful and welcoming. Everytime I make a visit something new is there to look at. New things are being priced and stocked everyday. read more

This store needs to be cleaned and the people there have been just rude to me both times I've been in. Had both customers there and employees just be rude and one employee or helper actually made fun of me, laughing at what I wanted to buy and not taking me seriously about my purchase. Some cool stuff but wouldn't recommend for the people. read more

The cashier was very rude to me. I asked if there was an outlet I could use to test out radios, he pointed to the one near the cashier station. I stayed out of people's way and kept the volume extremely low not to disturb anyone. When I let another customer know I wasn't in line just testing these if she needed to check out, the cashier said 'Ya she's just testing my patience'. I told him 'hey now - not nice' and continued with my shopping. I needed to test a couple more later since 2/3rd of the ones I tested didn't work. I was insulted again for still testing the radios. When I checked out he asked how my day was and I let him know I was having a great day until he insulted me 2 times on my first visit there. He then became more aggressive with me instead of just apologizing. He yelled across the store to his manager Josh 'Hey come here this lady doesn't like the way I talked to her'. I never asked for the manager, in fact I asked 3 times if we could just stop this, please ring my items, allow me to pay and leave. So there was my visit in a nutshell, was rude to me multiple times, told him so quietly and calmly when he asked and then was embarrassed and humiliated in front of other customers for letting him know he was in fact rude. read more

Great deals - I shop here at least once a week. Tuesdays are senior discount day (55+) 25% off. Lots of other sales too. Once a month the whole store is 50% off. Great items and sales and the people are always friendly. read more

I appreciate the friendly volunteers as I browse this recently expanded and updated store in beautiful Snohomish. Added dressing rooms are a plus. Daily, new items are placed on the reclaimed shelves. A great place for vintage clothing and collectibles to keep with the Snohomish theme of 'Antique Capital.' I love this shop located so close to ample parking, the bakery and restaurants. read more

The store has many things to offer, but it needs a drastic cleaning and ordering. I would suggest a 75% off everything and basically start over. Make certain people in charge of areas...one keeps the fabric in order, one cleans up the purse area,...clothes are only $1 a piece, but if it has been there more than several months donate it elsewhere or give to food bank. I'll try it again in a month, but for right now it is not on my list of places to shop. Instead of getting more on the floor clean up what is there. read more

I have shopped the store many times as I have family in Snohomish. It was very cluttered, prices were about average, some junky things, yet some true finds if you looked. My relatives said they had a new store, and tried to shop last week but was closed. We went back on Friday and what a difference from the month we had been before. The front of the store is not crammed in the aisles with overflow. The owners opened up twice as much space, and expanded different kinds of items. I don't recall furniture before, but found an antiqued looking end table and a lamp and paid $60 for both during the grand opening special. My nieces also found some board games in the kids area, that I laughed about as I played them when I was young. I heard another shopper call the place a transformation, and would have to agree. They do need to pull clothes off the rack, so many I couldn't get the hangers off. read more
