I'm here in Monroe because of an offer up deal I was doing at the nearby Lowe's so I'm about almost an hour out of my ways due to traffic, and out of a completely spontaneous decision I went into the nearby goodwill. I don't frequent most places, but I have been to probably an unhealthy amount of goodwills. Idk why but even if I don't have time I usually make time if I see one I haven't gone to because it's such a random occurrence of events to find a dope find. Tbh in the last 5 years I've grown to usually take about 10 minutes tops to get in and out due to the mediocrity that is so casual for goodwill but I'm here to say that I want to go on record confidently stating this is the best goodwill I've ever been to. No, it's not doing something out of the scope of goodwills agenda, but everything you expect from a goodwill they are doing in an ideal way. The team here is just putting out such a variety of items and EVERYTHING is in sellable condition. Holy moly it's organized. I've seen organized goodwills but it's not common, and it's unheard of to see the combo of variety and organization. Tbh I was forcing myself out after finding like 3 amazing things because of my budget, so I didn't have any interaction with the staff or anything, but who cares. They have a variety of items such as enamel pins, toys, clothing, charms, books, art, and more. All at pretty reasonable prices as well! The lady working there is super friendly and approachable. As an avid thrifter, I will say the pricing is a bit high for used goods. Depending on what the special is, pricing is closer to what you would expect for second hand goods. The day I went, everything was 50% which is the only reason I walked out my arms full. The lady at the counter was super kind and personable. She greeted me as soon as I walked in and explained the sale for the day. The store is a good mix of women's clothes, decor, and housewares. Not much for kids clothes that I saw but they did have an entire aisle with toys and games. Lots of puzzles, glassware, DVDs and vinyls! If you love a good thrift hunt, this is a must!
