Amazing spa pedicure! So relaxing. My dip manicures are always long lasting and excellent! Definitely am a repeat customer.

I got my nails done by Lucas he and was very nice. But he didn't fill my nails properly all the way. He left a space a way from the back of the cuticle. Saturday I got them done. He put oil on the back of the cuticle and it's a little dem in the salon. But once the oil dried and I was in more light I could see that he gave me a partial fill. I'm not going back this is a for sure rip off! I called Henry the owner and he wanted me to come back to show him my nails. It's not worth it to burn my gas and time going back! He should have offered a different solution like a partial payment for the partial fill. Shame on you Henry!!! I can see why your salon is never to busy like some salons are! My total cost was $118 plus a tip. And another thing I was not comfortable with used nail files and equipment that was used on other clients being used on me. read more

Insane prices for the quality. I received a spa pedicure on 5/18 with GEL on my toes. By 5/24 the gel was PEELING OFF. I've had normal nail polish last longer than this. Not to mention gel was a $20 up charge from an already $50+ pedicure. None of their spa pedicures come with a massage. Every other place that does pedicures offers a 15 minute massage with a spa pedicure. So disappointing. Will not be returning. read more

Avoid at all costs!!! I had a teenage nail tech cut my toe and it was bleeding a lot, he just had me put it in the dirty water and then put some sort of anti-bleeding solution on it without asking me. He put the tip of the bottle directly onto my cut which is so unsanitary, especially if they're doing that for everyone. I also got a gel manicure which has bubbles and marks all over it and looks bad. They still charged me $100. I'm shocked that they charged me the full amount. The cut on my toe is all red and tender and I'll update the review if the cut gets infected. I'm pissed. I've been coming here when I'm in town visiting my parents for years and the guy my mom and I liked is gone and it's clearly run terribly now. read more

If there was an option to review with negative stars I would. my 14 year old daughter was prepping for Homecoming and we dec to get her waxed at European Wax(which we have been going to for years and have never had a bad experience 5stars). I returned with cash, tipped gal, then asked for her ticket to pay the bill. She (the nail tech) handed me the white ticket and I headed upfront. The man who I am guessing is the owner/manager was yelling to the nail tech working on my daughter, about the bill. As I am calling to him, "sir I have the ticket." he continued to speak with her for another 15 seconds. He turned around, I handed him the ticket, and he charged me $48 for the basic pedicure ($40+$8) I assume was for her French paint. Fine, not any real issues, yet. My daughter did say her gal was kind of rude. I shook that off being From the language barrier. Then I left and went to TJMaxx and target. I received a text saying I only paid $40 and needed to pay $70???? What??? For what???? Then I walk back in and he is yelling at me about how I didn't pay enough. I said, "for what?" He said French and gel are $30... "okay, but your tech literally handed me the ticket for all the services she receive." and I paid, you accepted, and I left. He then raises his voice and yells that these are the prices.... An shoves the price menu in my face. He states, "Miss communication between mother and daughter!" I replied, "No, you had the ticket, which said the total price at the Bottom, that's what you charged me." i didn't care how much it was, but here's were I become furious. His voice raised to a full on scream about how I need to pay. No, Problem, I paid and loudly stated I will never return. No apology, no customer service at ALL. Here's where it gets wors. Traveling through, had an extra day in the area, called and got an appointment to get my nails done. Lucas did an amazing job on my dip ombré. While talking with him I mentioned needing to get a lash fill. Well Crystal does them there. I get Hybrid lashes and after my nails were done she got me right in for my lashes. Was well overdue for great treat myself day. Had Bre do my pedi. She was so personable and got all my dead cuticles off. My feet were looking rough and now they are smooth as butter. The gentleman who did my nails was all over the place. Said he was new but I didn't hold that against him. He seemed knowledgeable and willing to help me accomplish the shape I desired. He got the shape right, but nothing else. There are air bubbles on my nails, paint on my cuticles, some nails aren't polished all the way, it's just all bad. Extremely rude. I have been going to this shop for over a year and a half getting my nails done faithfully every two weeks. This particular time at the shop I got my pedicure done by a lady named Linda never seen her before. The turnover at the shop is crazy and she insisted I had acrylic on my toes and I don't three days later my toe nail is broken, when I called to complain, they did offer to fix my toenail, but said that I should wait until she came back so she could fix it like I would want her working on my feet ever again. Next Lucas, who always does my Nails was very rude. Telling me that if I feel negative about the shop then I don't have to come back because every time you go there and get a service done even if you get the same service done there is a different price every single time don't worry I will never be back read more

Nice people when I went, but the quality of the nail polish or the hurried service was not worth it. I got my nails done (gel manicure) on March 17th, and they chipped the next week. The base of the nail polish started to lift up and chip from the bottom too. My pedicures usually last 3+ weeks (non-gel) and they also chipped within one week. I wouldn't recommend this place, either they use cheap nail products or are so hurried they didn't do an adequate job. I feel like I wasted my 100$ on my mani and pedi. The man at the front desk said he didn't have my name down for a reservation and that I came too late (@6:31 pm). This company has lacked in their craftsmanship and in their customer service. The worst experience ever!!! I informed the nail tech that I want nail art on my toes as I sat in the chair. He stated "thank for letting me know a head of time because I cant do nail art". I have been searching for a nail salon since I moved back to Cleveland in March 2020. My old regular places had dramatically changed and the customer service was not what it was in the past. I stumbled upon this gem by sheer luck! I walked in and was immediately greeted by a gentleman. He asked what service(s) I wanted and I told him. He took my info down and then proceeded to take my temperature - I still will NEVER get used to places putting a "gun" to my head to take my temperature. He invited me to choose my color and got me settled in a pedicure station. The salon was very spacious and clean. I can appreciate the spacing they have for all of the clients being serviced. Initially there were two people (prior to my arrival) and they were diagonal from each other for the maximum distancing possible. When I arrived, I was seated at another corner to still give the maximum distance available. The woman I was blessed with was Vi. She was very sweet and polite. She said "May I please" a lot. She did several checks to ensure the water was to my liking and that I was comfortable. She was very pleasant to deal with. Overall, this was an exceptional experience for me. After neglecting my poor feet for a year, I decided to treat myself to a nice pedicure. I went here and, while.from the outside it looks like a typical strip mall salon, it's anything but! Once inside it's quite spacious, and a waterfall creates a very tranquil atmosphere (paired with the large tvs on the walls that rotate scenic pictures of nature and relaxing music). Tina was my tech and she was truly wonderful. The biggest thing for me when having work done is callous removal. TMI maybe, but mine are rough - and often in difficult to reach places. She did a fantastic job getting those down and took such care and precision in the whole process. Normally I feel the nail care of cuticles and buffing and trimming is rushed but she took her time and was meticulous in her handiwork! The chairs in this place were awesome! I rarely use them, as I find in most places they are simply not effective, but these ones here we're so big, cushy, and relaxing. By the time my appointment was done, I felt I had new feet and a new back! This will probably become my go to place for pedicures and I'm probably going to get them more often (my feet deserve better than what I give them, they really do)! read more

The salon is beautiful and comfortable. The coffee is bitter and tasted like it had been sitting there all day (although I appreciate that they had coffee available!) My nails look nice, but I already feel some rough edges that needed to be filed a little bit better. The manicure was $45, which was a little pricey. And you don't get any sort of lotion or hand massage, like some salons offer for less than that price. In fact, my hands felt really dry after my manicure. When they wrap your fingers in the acetone to soak of your previous manicure, it really dries out your skin on your fingers, so at the very least, I wish I would have had the chance to wash my hands before she began the manicure. No cuticle cutting. No lotion. No frills. For such a beautiful venue, I would expect a little more. We'll see how long this holds out. At least they look nice. read more

We had appointments for the 4 of us but were not taken on time and then we were rushed so badly that it was stressful instead of enjoyable. Very bad quality!!!!!!My toenail polish did not even cover my entire toenails but it was on my actual toes, cuticles were bareIy touched, the scrub was thrown out on the tray and she may have one squirt of lotion. I very nicely told the manager/Henry and he was an absolute jerk- I'd like to use another word!! He is very unprofessional, wears his mask as a chin diaper yet charges $1 for a paper mask. I wanted to like this place so bad because it's new(Er) and close to my job but I don't! The first time I visited was for a pedi only and it wasn't a terrible experience but I've had much better. Yesterday I went to get a full set and pedi. Once again the pedi was mediocre but I'm really here to review my full set. First off, they either didn't have the color or couldn't do the style I wanted so I settled for something similar. As he was laying the acrylic there was acrylic all over my hands and when I asked for him to remove it, he said he'll do it later. 2nd, I had to constantly check the polish job because h was skipping over large areas of my nails so I would literally inspect every nail after he painted to make sure it was correct. 3rd, he did not paint all the way down to my cuticles to the point where it looks like I need a fill and when I asked him to, he said it was so the polish wouldn't lay on my skin (but that's what you do a clean up at the end for right?) 4. I also asked him to clean up my cuticles and he told me to just do it at home. Hahaha The whole entire time he was rushing because I guess they had someone waiting. As soon as I stood up out of the chair there was a girl sitting down, I couldn't even grab my belongings fast enough. He didn't help me pick up my purse or shoes to go sit under the dryer. I had to kick my shoes to the dryer. And then I messed up one of my nails as I was trying to get to the dryer and the manager came to fix it and he's like "that's why you should get gel" NO SIR, that's why you should've assisted me with getting my stuff! All this and I'm not even going to get into the fact that the shaping is a mess! Pros: Clean- they use pedi bowl liners and a fresh pack of sanitized tools after every client. THE WORST NAIL SALON IVE EVER BEEN TO!!! I got my nails done by DD I have been getting dip nails for 2 1/2 years and #1 I chose the color I wanted and she came back with a completely different color and said it would look better than what I chose. #2 my friend and I went in there together and she was making jokes about how we were rich since we were getting out nails done and I had a ring on my finger (completely unprofessional) #3 we walk out and I realize how different the color was from what I picked (I picked a creme and a brown to go on the top) the next day 2 nails fell off already not even 24 hours later. I called about the color and the quality (I had hang nails everywhere from her nipping my skin) I'm a college student and had fall break at this time so I wasn't able to make it back in time to get them fixed since school was starting the next day. I talked to Nate on the phone 3 different times and he was very nice saying there would be no charge since the quality wasn't good and it wasn't the color I picked. I then went in there and spoke to the woman that did my nails. She was very rude and told me that I would have to pay half of the money when I already paid $70. She told me to come back the next day at 9 o'clock. I called later that day after I went in there and spoke to the manager Henry. I told him how upset I was and I just either want a refund or to get them fixed by someone else. He was very rude and kept talking over me and telling me that if more than a couple nails were off that they cannot redo them. I told him how unsatisfied I was with the color that I hadn't picked In the first place and how the nails were all falling off. Henry kept talking over me and hanging up on me.
