I was "having a day" and they couldn't have been more helpful. My latest find is their skeins of Queensland cotton worsted - the colors make my potholders sing and it has a great hand feel. We were overwhelmed by the plethora of choices when it came to fabric, but soon realized we would be paying regular prices for larger remnant rolls. My kids found some fabric that they liked so we had it cut and brought it home. I would like to note that they do require a 1 yard minimum on all cuts. Once we got home and were ready to use the fabric the disappointment set in. Several of the fabrics had permanent marker writing on them and another fabric piece had a big chunk cut out on initial side. I feel like these things should have been pointed out to use prior to cutting and selling the fabric to us. I do not think I will be returning here. I will go back to buying my fabric in the big box stores.

My girlfriend is one of the sweetest, most soft-spoken people you'll ever meet. For her to come back to the car in tears says everything about how cruel and unnecessary their behavior was.
