-online purchase- Not impressed with the quality or fit. I joined to participate in the 2 for 24 deal always advertised but ended up paying $70 for two leggings. I figured the quality would compensate and it did not! Both leggings were Medium, one fit and the other was a horrendous fit on my thighs. The material was not as flexible as I hoped and felt really tight and constricting. Canceled. read more

I used to love fabletics and have spent over $800 in purchasing workout wear. My bra metal strap broke, I called customer service to exchange it and they would not because it was over 30 day purchase. Not good customer service for their product breaking and not willing to send me a new one. I will not be buying from there nor referring my friends if they do not resolve this. read more

If you are buying online. Please read the very small print. I got charged two month in a row for 49.95 of clothing I didn't buy. I had to waste 39 minutes on the phone with customer services. I emailed them but they didn't respond my emails. My first order, I bought two leggings for 24, I only got one order. Now they will be sending me the second pair after almost 2 months. The company is ridiculous with the advertisement and the small prints. I'm very disappointed. read more

9/21/17 - placed order on Fabletics.com 9/21/17 - charged $1 which was reversed automatically and charged for my full order $54.37 9/25/17 - received email about delayed shipment, emailed states order would ship with in 1-2 days 9/28/17 - wake up to a second charge for my order, again $54.37 9/28/17 - Call to cancel account, inquire as to why I was charged twice and get a refund. First call I get hung up on, second call the girl acknowledges that I was charged twice and apologizes. She tells me that both charges will be reversed within 24 hours and that I will receive an email confirming cancellation of my account and payment reversal. 9/29/17 - wake up to ONE of the two charges reversed and no email. Immediately call "customer service" and the first guy tells me my card wasn't charged twice because it was declined one of the times-obviously not true because I am looking at the screenshot of my bank statement that I took the day before when BOTH charges were still there. He continues to tell me that he can't do anything because they never charged me and that I need to call my bank (already his lies change, was my card declined or did you not charge me?). Clearly getting nowhere with him, I requested a supervisor and he proceeds to ask me WHY. I can't say I said nice things after this because, I was pretty upset at such a stupid question. Nonetheless I get transferred to a supervisor who again tells me something completely different. According to her, refunds take 5-7 days but Fabletics does not process refunds-which is interesting because the first payment they took from my account was reversed. Then she goes back to the we didn't take any money from your account story, which I get it-the charge is still pending but my issue is that they tried to charge me twice in the first place. They have no explanation as to why and talk in circles about it. Oh there was a hold when the order was placed and the we charge again upon shipment. Well, that's incorrect as well. The $1 hold was there from the day of order but so was the full charge and as of the 28th when the second charge hit for the full order amount my items still had not been shipped or even set to ship. After sitting on the phone for 20 minutes and still getting nowhere she asked if I could three way my bank with her on the phone, I said absolutely not. This is not an issue with my bank this is an issue with your company charging me TWICE for ONE order that never even shipped. She proceeds to tell me again that Fabletics never charged my account and that they can't process refunds for a charge that they didn't make. Again, I explained to her that I was looking at my bank statement while I was on the phone with her and they indeed did process a payment although still pending from my account and that I'm still confused as to how they reversed the first payment but not the second one that they shouldn't have ever done anyways. She then tells me that the refunds will be processed and I should call back tomorrow if I don't see it. So, that tells me that she's saying another 24 hours for the second payment. I made it very clear that I would be contacting the BBB as well as their corporate office. This isn't over yet but I would like to note that during all these conversations with numerous Fabletics agents, not once did one of them say "You know what, I am so sorry for this error. What can we do to fix it?" They don't even try to keep you as a customer. This was my FIRST order and experience with them and I will make sure that I make this situation known on every possible outlet. read more

I got a gift card from here which is the only reason I shopped with them. They have cute stuff but the website is very very confusing. The customer service is amazing though and the stuff fits great but a little pricey if you don't go with the membership. I had to return something I bought in store because I didn't want to go back to the mall and they sent me a return label no questions asked read more

It's basically a very polish scam. The products are okay but not mindblowing and if you get the Vip membership (because let's be honest, otherwise the prices are ridiculous) be sure to never forget to skip the month! If you do forget that's £49 you'll never have back! They just take the money with no questions asked! Absolutely would not recommend. read more

so so sad! I really wanted to like this brand simply because I like Kate Hudson. Loved the commercials and decided to give them a try. Went by Mission V store and I was overwhelmed by the choices and honestly I wish they had employees that actually work out and have knowledge about the products so they can successfully help customers not just give you the size of pants you usually wear; which by the way is very different when it comes to workout gear. Well anyway I bought some pants that seem to fit nice but before I started my workout the pants were already sliding down. I was so upset because they aren't cheap but the Fabric is Very cheap. LADIES LORNA JANE is where it's at. Pricey but very worth it. read more

Fabletics in BREA mall is amazing! For months I've been looking online for new workout pants and didn't want to buy online without seeing the quality and feel of the pants in person. I only buy super soft workout pants but I held off until I saw this store opened in Brea mall. I was was SO excited!! I ran in and Ashley was SO nice. She helped me with everything. The quality is amazing and I can't wait to buy more. I love love soft material and they had some! Cute styles:) read more

I have been a Flabletics member for a couple of years now. After visiting you Mission Viejo Store today I have cancelled my membership. I had my favorite pair of leggings rip and they refused to replace them due to the fact that they were bought over 3 months ago. Does this mean your leggings don't last over 3 months? Also, they did not have a a replacement pair. This is not the first time after a few months items I purchased from Fabletics have fallen apart! I am a member which I thought would have assisted me in the situation. Another thing is that your membership department and stores are not linked? I tried to cancel my membership in store and was told I had to go online? Wait, they are linked if I am spending money... of course they are. . Another thing I found out in store is that there are different manufacturers and that all materials are not consistent? I was specifically looking for a cotton based legging I ordered on the site and was told that they don't have it anymore and was presented another fabric in which I was not happy with. Needless to say I am going back to Lululemon as my favorite leggings I bought over 3 years ago look as new as the day I bought them. read more

Had been a member just prior to COVID hitting so wasn't able to go into store to select item(S). So, this last June the store opened back up in the shops at Mission Veijo-could not believe how rude and poor service I received. Save your money and don't shop at this poorly ran business-it's nothing but a waste of money and time. I SHOULD RATE THIS PLACE MINUS 10! They basically had kept my 59$/month and refused to stop even in a PANDEMIC!! read more

Clothing quality is exceptional for the pricing, very smooth & comfortable, & lasts a long time. LOVE Fabletics!

My favorite for pants!! Get the vip so you save extra money just remember to skip the month so you don't get charged if you don't want to buy that month read more

I came in with my mom a few days ago to get some new leggings because I've heard the material is great. When we came in we were greeted by the ladies at the front of the store. As we were shopping around another employee, Cassidy I believe her name was, came up to my mom and I to see if we were doing alright and if we needed any help, to ask her. She was very professional and kind! She mentioned something about a membership. After explaining to us exactly what the membership was, my mom decided to sign up for one. We ended up getting two pairs of leggings for $25 just for signing up for the membership! Such an amazing deal. Five stars for the girl that helped us sight up for that membership and five stars for Fabletics! read more

The staff is super nice! This store ran a fantastic deal for opening weekend - great sales! I love Fabletics clothes! Their clothes are made well, look stylish and are super comfortable. I started as an online customer and while thats super easy - it was an easy shopping experience and I left with some great clothes :) read more

Drove up from San Diego because I got an email saying it was grand opening weekend. They had a celebration planned for the following day with a DJ, champagne and giveaways.. but I was still expecting more of a turnout. There were no balloons, no fuss, in fact the entire mall was kind of dead really.. Walked right by the entrance and didn't even notice! Weird for a grand opening right? Was motivated primarily because the email I received said the first 50 customers of the day were supposed to get a pair of salar capris for free with each $50 purchase.. Got there within the hour of opening and sales people said that the promotion was no longer valid.. That they actually had a soft opening a few weeks prior and that 50 people must've already come and gone already that morning.. Hmm.. Probably will stick with just shopping online.. More transparent, more promos, better inventory and easier than making the trek to mission viejo. read more

I had an amazing experience in store this past week! I had just joined online but wanted to compare quality with Lululemon. I am 5 weeks postpartum and looking for something that would last and still be super comfy. Quality is top notch and I can't say enough about the service...even bringing in my newborn with me! So far I am in love and can't stop shopping!! read more

Unbelievably terrible experience. Ordered from here and was told I'd have my shipment by Thursday. Then checked when it didn't come and it said it would be there the following Monday. I called. First person put me on hold for 18 minutes then told me I needed to call Fedex. Second woman told me it was the responsibility of Fedex and she couldn't help me. Are you kidding!?!? Will NEVER order from here again. What a joke. read more

Okay, so when you purchase your first order online be aware that you are enrolling in their "VIP" membership which costs you $50 a month!!!! Crazy. What a scam! Then when you call their customer service you get the annoying robot answering - ugh!!! Horrible company! read more

This was my first visit to the MV store, I became a VIP Member online. My online order arrived but didn't fit very well. I needed to exchange it and decided to take of it in person. The staff is awesome! They are very friendly and helpful- I'm horrible at names- but there was a male that initially helped (maybe Manager) was extremely helpful and nice. He had a female help me with finding what I wanted and help match outfits. She was very patient and helpful! I highly recommend this store! The quality of items is amazing and very stylish. I typically avoid trying on workout clothes, swimwear and bras like the plague!! The staff here makes it a lot easier!! The store is also organized very well and clean! I will be back :) read more

I have been an online customer for awhile - but this was my first in shop visit. And it was well worth my time. The quality of their gear is excellent, and being able to try on was a positive. The sales personnel were very helpful in finding sizes and matching options. I'm not a stereotypical build for athletic gear - and the staff made me comfortable and welcome. They provided plenty of choices, all well made and suitable for my build. Great shop, great staff, great gear. Try it out. Canceled my membership a few minutes ago - they are always out of stock on the things you'd want - Don't waste your time or money on VIP membership; they took monies every month on my account and told me I have the ability to skip a month --well don't believe it --- the only way you skip a month is to call and speak to rude people who over talk you; at this time they had nerve to tell me to skip a month so that I can redeem almost $300 I had on my account which only showed up when I canceled - if you cancel you're not entitled to what they say you have on your account - shady - I'm done with them and I put this out here so that you don't have the same thing happen to you! read more

I live in Montana and on a visit to so Cal I thought I would make a multi-item exchange at the store so I could try things on and know that they fit. Well, with a membership company it's not that simple. But, the gentleman working stayed on the phone with corporate for 25 minutes working out my exchange. The woman working at the time was very helpful also. I highly recommend this store. read more

I totally LOVED this sports bra so I went on Fabletics to get it. Then I also saw that they were having the $30 outfit deal so I added an outfit to my cart...only to go the checkout and be told that MY monthly $49.95 credit that they took out of my account can not be applied toward a promotion. I had to choose to use the promotion or the credit. What I do not get about this is the credit is MY money that is deducted from my account monthly (unless I choose to skip that month) yet I can't use it however I choose. To me this seems that as a member you are taking my money but then punishing me by not letting me use it on a promotion. What is the difference if I use it for a promotion or not it is still 100% my money going toward a purchase. I have NO incentive to not skip the month. I am actually better off skipping every month and then just waiting for a promotion to make a purchase. This just seems backwards to me. I'm confused and not happy about this. This made me empty my cart and decide not to purchase anything. read more

I ordered off a promotion online and got two pairs of leggings for 29 dollars. Apparently, when you ordered off this promotion Fabletics also signs you up for a VIP membership which includes charging your credit card every month 49 dollars. I never saw any of the fine print on this. Thankfully, I noticed only after 2 months but now instead of trying these leggings for 29 dollars they cost me over a hundred. Its a shame that she chose such a shitty way to do this to customers because I actually liked my purchase. I will never order again and will let all my friends know of the scam read more

I love this store, this product, all of it. I just had a great shopping experience, but it didn't start out that way. Because of the store's employee Alysia, it was fantastic. Excellent personality, so helpful, great smile... I could go on. Thank you for turning what was me being ignored most of the shopping trip into something great. read more

I received 9 Christmas gifts from this store. My daughter paid cash. I attempted to return 1 item, but was told they could only give me a STORE CREDIT. I did not want the credit and insisted I receive the cash for this item. I had both the original and gift receipts. This was on 12/27/16. It is now 02/04/17 and I have not received my check. I have made several calls to their Customer Service Department, but each time they simply tell me it will be 8-12 weeks. I would recommend asking in advance before purchasing here. They have certainly lost a customer over this POOR customer service. read more

I wanted to buy some leggings from here, but it's false advertisement when they say you can get 2 pairs of leggings for $24. In the ads they only say the part where it's 2 for $24, but they leave out the part where that deal is only for VIP members. If that deal isn't for everybody, they need to stop advertising it that way. It's very misleading. I almost bought a pair of leggings, and in the total, it gave me the VIP deal. But once I put in my information, the fine print said that once I place my order (with the price they gave me), I would start my $50/month membership with them. If I didn't read the fine print (like most people don't) I would've been charged without even knowing it. read more

RED FLAG! Shocking scam. I made one online purchase and bought 2 pairs of leggings-- a special promotion each legging cost $24.00. I was not pleased. The fabric was stiff and smelled funny so I never used them nor did I return them--I threw them away. But the worst part is that because I took part in the special promotion my credit card was used to charge me $49.00 per month (March-September) for a total 0f $299.00. I was told this was because I was automatically deemed a VIP member! Scary practices. This is the first time of my online purchasing history I can say I was hacked/scammed. Run from this company. I am sad to say Kate Hudson must be aware of these shady business dealings. When I contacted a representative of the company the first thing Henri said to me, now just let me explain, will you let me explain. One thousand RED FLAGS. Fabletics did not have my permission to continue to use my credit card info! I called my Bank of America Fraud line and was told that because I had made (even if it was only one time) a purchase they could not even place the charges into their dispute claim department. Yikes double scammed. No-one should have anything to do with Fabletics should be renamed Scamletics. read more

I actually really love some of the Fabletics clothing - mostly the leggings for running, yoga and strength training. The reason for the one star is that I have tried MULTIPLE times to cancel my membership and no one has responded to my messages....chat never seems to be working when I log on....and there is no email option! So now I've been charged twice for $50 each time and I'm super frustrated! read more

While Fabletics certainly has some of the most appealing and aggressive advertising I have ever seen for a sportswear company, it has also showcased the most slimy and skeezy hidden cost and subscription fee system I have had the misfortune of experiencing. This is aside from shameless and misleading advertising when it comes to their "sales" .. but of course, I am not the first to be scammed by Fabletics. This has been an ongoing issue for this company for years and I wish they would improve as a company. Until then, the first purchase I made from this company is likely to stay the last and I am certainly not going to recommend it to anyone else. Great job, Fabletics. read more

Misleading deceptive "FREE" VIP membership online. I have to pay for "FREE" membership I didn't even know I signed up for. Wow.. I usually do not use yelp, but this store has terrible customer service. I went into the store because many people have recommended their clothing to me. It is so overpriced for the quality unless you sign up to be a member, which is so difficult. If I don't shop or skip I get charged, really? There was one lady who had her computer out so I am assuming she is a manager, was so rude as she was not paying attention to any customers and just on her computer and telling employees to go take care of the customers. Is that not part of a manager's responsibility? I also noticed while I was shopping one of the employees talking to her co worker about her previous job. She was saying how it is such a disappointment to be working there instead of where she was before which I heard her say was Tommy Bahamas..that is sad to hear coming from people who WORK THERE, as they should be trying to sell products for their company. I don't understand why they talk about subjects like that..do they think that customers don't listen? I honestly don't even want to go back to the store! read more

I am loving Fabletics Mission Viejo! I'll be honest, i was not an online member but when I saw how cute the stuff was and how nice and helpful the staff are, I signed up for the VIP membership to get the additional discounts in store. The price points are quite reasonable and quality is great. With lots of competition, I think the idea of a brick & mortar is smart- especially with being quite picky about how my athletic wear fits and feels. Had I not been able to touch the product in person, I would not have signed up as a VIP- there is something about the store that feels very high end and boutique-y. It's not an overwhelming size or selection but just right. The VIP auto-membership does charge every month but you are always welcome to opt out for as many consecutive months as you want which is nice. Way to go fabletics keep it up! Something I have noticed (good news bad news) is that most of their tops run large so you get to go down a size!! Unlike other (ahem) popular brands that require you go up a size which is always a bummer even thought it shouldn't matter what the tag says :P Anywho, hope to see them putting out cute stuff for many seasons to come. read more

Made a purchase online and everything was too big so drove all the way from San Diego to exchange and try on the smaller size in store and it was so worth the drive. the girls working in the store that helped me were THE FREAKING BEST EVER! Will definitely be back thanks to them! read more

I LOVE my Fabletics! I've bought several outfits from them and I have loved every piece of clothing that I received except for one outfit. I bought an outfit when they were having a $25 sale and the pants were see-through and the top fits funny. GREAT customer service and just what I needed! Totally recommend them! read more

This company offers you a "great deal" but does not tell you that to get this deal you have to join their "VIP Program" .... what a joke, they take money out of your account automatically each month and you only get the clothes for a reasonable price the first time you buy them. My friend ordered some things and they arrived late and were very cheaply made. Not worth it. There are other great athletic wear companies that offer great deals with no strings attached. This review is for fabletics.com not the actual store. Ladies beware! Product is absolute crap! First two pair of leggings I purchased came with a hole in the thigh then the other pair ripped as I was putting them on for the first time. Their customer service is a total nightmare so instead of dealing with them I just sewed them up myself. Swore I would never purchase from them again but I got a gift card for Christmas. This time, I was over charged on a pair of pants, sports bra ripped before I even got to wear it (washed it on gentle before wearing it and when I pulled it out of the washer to hang dry it I noticed one of the straps has broken completely off). Then a pair of leggings I received came with loose strings everywhere, I'm afraid to wear them in fear they're going to rip. Also canceled my membership and was still charged the monthly fee. Instead of reimbursing me they gave me a credit on my account. I don't want credit, there's nothing I want to buy from their shitty ass product. Such a waste of money and an absolute headache dealing with their customer service. Everything about this company is a nightmare. read more
