I like coming here and getting a variety of leggings in different colors so that I can wear to the gym or on the weekend. I came a LONG distance to get here, because I heard they had plus size clothing. We get to the store only to be told they didn't carry any, and it can be found online. Well that's useless as I can't try on or feel fabrics online. Are they embarrassed to carry them in store? Will it "tarnish" their reputation to have full figured people shop there? I just don't understand why companies like this make an attempt to be inclusive, yet don't actually go the full distance. It was a wasted trip and I hate that. They seem to have a lot in stock, but you do have to purchase when they launch because if you wait you risk the fact of not getting it either online or in store, the manager is amazing here and they definitely go out of their way to find you your size. On Sunday I drove almost an hour to their store in Mission Viejo to exchange my scrubs for a smaller size( I needed them for work on Monday at my new job) the service was absolutely horrible- The manager was talking on her cell phone and the girl at the counter said "oh it it's my break time and just walked away." My scrubs were in the original bag, with all tags in place . With stickers on the bag that said SHOPS AT MISSION VIEJO- I forgot my receipt at home and the "Manager" said you have to return your scrubs through AMAZON. I explained that is not FABLETICS POLICY- I pulled up the return/exchange policy on my phone.... read it to her , showed it to her and she refused to honor the Company's policy. So I drove to the Irvine location at the Irvine Spectrum- an additional 19 miles out of my way- GUESS WHAT?!? The Irvine location gladly exchanged my scrubs for the correct size. I'd like to say that FABLETICS is a great product. I was actually wearing their leggings and sports top when I went to the mall - I am a loyal customer. HOWEVER, I spent $70 in gas to EXCHANGE AN $86.00 purchase. So essentially those scrubs ended up costing me $156- Sorry FABLETICS.... This was an EPIC FAIL. Obsessed with the product, incredible customer service! I am absolutely loving the Fabletics product. They're fashionable, comfortable, and I feel so confident in them. I have been to this location multiple times and have received nothing but the best customer service! They're not commission based, but you would think their happiness and pay checks depend on their customer service. I have worked with many of the employees at this location, including the Manager, and another employee Deanna. The manager was very helpful and friendly, as are all of the employees. I need to take a moment to shine the light on Deanna. She has been patient and helpful every time I've visited. I couldn't make up my mind and she gave me her feedback, helped me choose, and did so with a smile even though I was that jerk that made her stay after closing on a Saturday. I SO appreciate her! I live over 30 minutes away from this location, but I will always make the drive to this store. No other location will ever get my business, nor will any other athletic wear company. I am hooked! I absolutely love fabletics! It's such a far drive from I live (29 palms) but so worth it. I got my sister hooked too lol I went in two weeks ago for my sister and I asked about exchanging a top I had ordered online and they said I could bring it in and exchange it and they'd hold the top I needed just Incase it sold out over the week, they even had a little bracelet for me as a birthday gift!! Went back the next week and they remembered me! My sister and I were looking at more clothes and they helped us out tremendously and they even gave us these delicious drinks to have while shopping! As we finished they helped my sister sign up as a vip guest instead of just using my vip account. Our cashier was a little snarky, but not bad. Went to the mall yesterday to exchange some gifts that we had gotten for Christmas and left very disappointed & disgusted in the service we received here. We made it VERY clear that we wanted to EXCHANGE and get store credit for the items so we could just get different sizes. The lady working proceeded to tell us we could not do store credit with an attitude and everything had to go back on the credit card of the person who bought it for us originally therefore we had to end up paying completely out of pocket for what we bought. We had to go back today to exchange one more item and of course she was there, didn't greet us & then proceeded to have an attitude with us when we were checking out... some how she could do store credit today? I'm just very confused to say the least. Didn't catch her name but she's the asian "store lead," she was VERY rude and on top of all that, we were made so uncomfortable watching the way she was talking to & treating the other nice employees there. I received the Kara leggings, they were pretty big on me so I called into Fabletics and they said they didn't have anymore Kara leggings in size Small. I was super bummed but they let me pick any pair of leggings that I liked and they would give them to me! I returned my Kara leggings and now I'm about to receive my new ones I picked out! I'm super excited about that! Every time I have called into Fabletics, the costumer service is OUTSTANDING! I wish every business had this great of costumer service!! I tried to return but was told you cannot get your money back just exchange. I cancelled the subscription on March 3rd I have the cancellation letter but I was still charged in April & May. Do not waste your time with this company. The apparel is made with shitty fabric (i.e. does not pass the "bend over test".. i.e. you can see straight through them"). They give you a really good discount to hook you, but don't fall for it! The shipping took two weeks longer than it said it would. When I received my order, I was so disappointed with the apparel. The leggings fit terribly, the joggers I bought had seams in really strange placed and were stiff as cardboard, so uncomfortable. Always out of the styles very quickly. The clothes do fall apart easy and don't wash well at all. Especially the bras. Save yourself the trouble and don't get fooled into their well thought gimmicks. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! On December 14 I made an online purchase and there was an offer to spend $89 and get free 3 day rush shipping. So I did. Only to get an email stating my purchase will be delivered on December 26!! These were supposed to be Christmas gifts. So I called customer service to find out why. The first person I spoke to was clueless. They said that I didn't pay for rush shipping and there's nothing they could do. On to their supervisor Austin. Austin had the nerve to ask me if I took a screenshot of the offer. WHY DO I NEED TO SCREENSHOT IT?!!! They clearly thought I was lying about the shipping. He said there was nothing he could do. I wanted to cancel my order and my membership. He said he couldn't help me. I had to wait to receive it and then return it. Seriously? I demanded to speak to his manager and he told me they wouldn't tell me anything different. I don't care. Get them on the phone. I waited and waited. Finally Kaitlin was on the phone. She looked up the recent offers and saw that I was correct but she couldn't help me because the order has shipped but she could give me a 50% off coupon for a future order. Oh please yes let me give you more money since you already screwed up my Christmas order. NOOOOOOOOOO!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. They should have re-shipped my order at no extra charge and I would have returned the original order. Instead they are losing this order and I'm canceling my VIP membership. Three of us drove up from San Diego to get a feel for the clothes before joining the VIP program. We had great assistance from Heather. The clothes are a great option for someone like me who just doesn't look good in LuLu Lemon and also doesn't want to pay that much for workout clothes that I am going to want to replace in a few years due to sweat (hey, I workout hard). The quality is way higher than Old Navy, Target, and some athletic brands (i.e. New Balance, Marika, Adidas). The leggings make your booty look amazing and their sports bra's are so comfortable. I didn't buy any tank tops because I have plenty of those, but definitely found some I would love to have. There were some wardrobe pieces too that I would treat myself to on other shopping trips such as their jackets and lounge wear. Overall, super excited to have a different option for workout clothes. I had to take away one star because of some confusion over which promotion we should use. Online there was a 2 for $24 leggings promotion for new VIP members. In store, it was 30% off your entire purchase as a new VIP. We were told we could use either promotion, but that the 30% off would be cheaper. When I got home, I priced out a cart online with exactly what I purchased, and it was about $40 chapter online. I immediately called, explained the situation, and Ian (spelling?) took down my information and returned my call with his apologies and an offer to credit the $40 to my Fabletics account. Would not recommend. The people in the store are nice, but overall their products are disappointing. I purchased a bra and two pairs of high waisted leggings. The leggings aren't very comfortable and even though they fit in the hips and thighs, the waist has no drawstring and falls down. I thought getting high waisted ones would prevent this issue but no. The sizing of the bras did not seem consistent and most felt very cheap. I have purchased items from lululemon and Lorna Jane both of which were similarly priced and far superior in quality and comfort. I also REALLY don't like how they push their vip membership and you have to have a guest account just to look at their online merchandise. Let's face it, if you have an excellent product you don't need to lock customers into being repeat buyers. It happens on its own. read more

I went into Fabletics today in search of some comfortable and flattering gym shorts, I decided to give them a chance before heading over to lululemon. One of the employees introduced herself ( I believe she was Hispanic) and offered to find me shorts to try on. Tried on the first pair and was not impressed with the color so when she checked in she grabbed another color choice. While trying on the 2nd pair in hopes they would be better, I overheard her and another employee (Asian) sitting at the dressing room counter talking shit about customers they've had. One of them was talking about a customer they had at Irvine Spectrum saying how the customer was talking to her and she said "I'm here to study clothes not listen to your personal life story" are u kidding me? Absolutely evil. After hearing these two banter on about the most petty and selfish conversations about customers I was so turned off I couldn't focus on the clothes I came there to try on and refused to purchase anything. I ended up going to Lululemon and everyone there was extremely professional and friendly unlike the employees at Fabletics.
