As for me, 3 times have I received an email from EFW that delivery would be on: 1st Time 05/12/21 between 1pm and 5pm 2nd Time 05/14/21 between 1pm and 5pm Nothing was delivered...spoke to several customer service and they were all polite...they tell me that the item is in fact here in Miami, Florida since 05/07/21 and they cant get it to the dock to deliver and are not sure if a driver is in fact available, well I got another email that states: Delivery confirmed for: 3rd Time 05/18/21 between 1pm and 5pm Even spoke to a Supervisor Ms Alejandra and even she cant tell me if in fact I will receive this as per EFW's email for "3rd Time 05/18/21 between 1pm and 5pm" I have contacted Walmart and requested that they get involved...after all they selected EFW as there "ambassador" to deliver the gym equipment that I ordered. Hopefully once EFW starts losing contracts with companies like Target, Walmart and others they will start taking care of business...I'm sure other carriers would love they work! I was helped by Anielke when I came in to pick up 200 cardboard boxes in varying sizes (as small as 6"x6"x6" to 14"x14"x8", and tons of others listed on their websites). Their website is accurate, which made it so easy to print out the shopping cart of items I needed and hand over the list. I didn't even need to purchase in bundles, they allowed to me to purchased the exact numbers I needed! They allowed me to back my U-Haul into the loading zone, and their staff pulled every item for me in under 15 minutes. I just kind of sat back and enjoyed the break. Note, there is a minimum $50 spend here, and your GPS will definitely take you the wrong way to get here, as it's located on a one-way street. Learn from my mistake, turn right onto NW 16th St before Totalpack, and take an immediate left at the stop sign onto a street without signs. It'll be right there on your right.

Instead I get an email on Wednesday from them implying I'm wrong and my package was delivered to me and their picture proved it. It's not the first time this has happen. They don't care --I have received packages at my home from others and they don;t come and pick them-- they leave you to do the job they got paid for. Luck for me the person who received my plant return them to me--no thanks to FedEx.
