There's little cubbies when you walk in to leave your keys etc. Then the workout room is like all other F45s. Instructor quickly goes through the demo, then a warm up and then you get going. Every time I come back to F45 I'm reminded how much I appreciate the tvs with the instruction. The 8:15am class has a decent number of people (which I enjoy, I never want to be one of only a few people working out, doesn't inspire me). Overall great workout. Easy to book and all that. She was clear, precise, organized and overviewed everyone's form. There are 15 new reformer machines in the room. Everything is brand new spanking clean with all the equipment. Music was playing in the background. It was a 45 minute class and it was phenomenal. I will be returning for this type of class on Thursday again and I highly recommend.

I wanted to do Silver Sneakers, but I did not realize how hard it was for non-Humana members to get into a class. I am not knowledgeable about gyms. They have a wonderful girl at the front Kendra I call her smiley she is so friendly and always smiling and the Asst manager Justin also was helpful. I really liked John as a personal trainer, he is wonderful, so I forgot about the manager and tried to exercise. Did not know i signed for 3 months with HIM and now he is leaving. I no longer want to be a member of this gym and I had been told I can cancel at any time. They have billed me $73.83 for the year, $296 for personal training that won't happen as John is not here and $148.00 for an introductory Personal training 8 sessions that I have not finished as John was not there 2 times. They need to care about their members not just about money.
