I downloaded the MINDBODY app, and signed up for the Panthers class with Khairi. We got to the studio 15mins early to get ready for class. There is a little cubby area to the right when you enter to put your water bottle and towel as well as your other personal items. The class was already set up for us. The Panthers class or format we did today was resistance based. We did body weight exercises such as push-ups, kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, and resistance bands. It was a strength training circuit class today. Before class Khairi our coach demonstrated all the workouts. We did 3 sets in each station, and there are screens showing demonstrations at each station so, if you forget a workout, you have a screen to look at with the demo of each exercise per station. Panthers was 45mins from start to finish. I can't review on the other formats they offer during the week, but Panthers I would say is definitely a circuit training class. They are offering a free week so, if you enjoy trying out new workouts definitely give F45 a try! I plan on coming back with my friend to try a different format in a few days! Make sure to bring a water bottle and towel as I don't think they offer anything special besides the workout itself.
