Nothing was billed to our account and everything seemed great for the next 4 months. We spoke with someone at Zombie Bunny and said that we would likely be coming back in September. They said we would need to bring new payment in, etc. We didn't end up coming back and they began charging our account for $200 anyways. They then continued charging our account for 2 more months, even though they told us it wouldn't happen again after the first months mistake. I had to put a stop payment on the account. They took a total of $600 out of our account over 3 months. This was all while we were trying to save for our honeymoon. The owner kept saying that money was being reimbursed and it would be in by certain days. It never was... Lots of empty promises. I understand mistakes happen, but it's been countless problems without being resolved.

We let them know, they stopped charging us, all was well. This was in May 2015. We came back to OKC area in September and were thinking about going back here, since we had enjoyed it before. I called and was told that we would need new payment info and to sign up again as they didn't keep our info. Life got in the way and we didn't have an extra $200 a month to spend, so we decided to postpone. So it was a huge shock when we check our bank statement that month to see that they had charged us $200! We had not signed up or given any sort of consent. The charge was on the credit card we had previously given as payment. Knowing mistakes happen, we called and asked to have it resolved and were assured it would be. Not only was nothing resolved, they continued to charge our credit card for October and November. $600 dollars later, all my poor husband has heard is excuses and empty promises. We had to put a stop payment on the account, another wasted $50. The bank called to say they did in fact try to rob us again, thank goodness it was stopped. After spending hours and hours on the phone, being treated with utter disrespect, and leaving many unreturned messages the owner (Joel) refunded $300. Months and months later, and only half. We have been so understanding, patient, and polite... I'm so sad that our good nature was taken advantage of in return.

If you've paid much attention to the fitness scene over the past few years you've probably heard of…read more"CrossFit" training. Definition according to Wikipedia is as follows: CrossFit is a strength and conditioning brand that combines weightlifting, sprinting, gymnastics, powerlifting, and rowing.[1] CrossFit contends that a person is as fit as they are proficient in each of ten general physical skills: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy.[2] It defines fitness as "increased work capacity across broad time and modal domains."[3] The CrossFit program consists of "constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement."[4] I was recently exposed to the CrossFit training style at CrossFit405 in downtown OKC. And let me tell you, if you've grown tired of the commercial gym seen and are looking to be challenged to improve your fitness in a constructive, supportive, and motivating environment then you should drop by CrossFit405 and just watch a workout. Training sessions consist mainly of group workouts, of roughly 10-15 people per class, in which a coach for the workout will lead the team through the movements of the day. Classes are typically Monday through Friday w/ an AM, Noon, 430, 530, 630 pm, with an open gym period for practicing specifics movements on the weekends. If you aren't accustomed to the training modalities listed, have no fear, you will not be looked down upon or ridiculed for it, but rather steered toward what is called the "on-ramp" class. This class is structured to introduce the uninitiated to the movements that compose many of the workouts that make up the CrossFit training style. It takes place in a low-key environment, and the coaches spend time focusing on the basics of the movements and insuring that each individual can execute them safely and effectively. However, if you're accustomed to running/rowing/sprinting/plyometrics/free weight training/Olympic style lifting/gymnastics/ and other bad assery then they'll let you fall right into the next pain fest! Overall, I have had a blast training here over the past month. And again, if you are looking to be challenged then look no further. It's the most fun you'll have suffering at the working end of a barbell, jump rope, rowing machine, etc that you've ever had!!!

I was visiting OKC to see Family over the new year and dropped-in to CrossFit 405. I emailed them…read moreand received a prompt response about how to drop in and what was expected. I showed up early the next day and was greeted by a very friendly coach named, Karen. I took the noon class and all the athletes were very friendly and the coaching was great. They have clean bathrooms, a separate locker room to store your things, and showers. The gym is big and has all the equipment you could ask for. There's a reasonable drop in fee, or you can buy a t-shirt. The head coach worked out with us at the noon class and even gave us a lift to the local Lululemon! Super awesome staff and you can tell they have a great community. If you're passing through OKC...this is the gym to go to. If you live in the city...get a membership here..if they have contracts, sign one for a year. This place kicks ass.
