I'm no Jay Cutler but I've been to golds all across the US and this is by far the worst I've visited; in DESTIN of all places... The a/c is constantly going out, when it is running it's not proficient for the space ( 8+ years of HVAC... trust me). Whoever drew up the layout of this place is clearly an engineer and not an actual fitness enthusiast. It's a bit sad. Membership rates, and day pass rates are completely non reflective of the actual facility and its offerings. Only thing that saved them from a 1 star is they at least have nice squat racks, and a decent dumbbell selection. But be weary, you'll be lifting right on top of your neighbor! Hope this helps!

As we walked in the door, the man said to my husband " how much does your physique cost to you?" When we asked about a 7 day pass. As a couple who goes to Alphaland and Species (very well known gyms), this was so rude. So we walked out the door. BUT when we came here, Gage was so amazing to us!! Greeted us as we walked in, told us about the day passes, and answered any questions we had. While working out, he would walk around, re-rack the equipment if needed, and/or wipe anything down that needed to be cleaned. Once we were leaving, he asked how we liked the place and if we enjoyed our workout. He also recommended some good restaurants around town and it was so helpful! 10/10 would come back just to work out and see Gage again!

The community here is incredibly welcoming, and the programming is always challenging but scalable for any fitness level. Coach Robb Haak is the real deal. He's knowledgeable, encouraging, and really takes the time to make sure everyone is moving safely and getting better every day. Robb has a way of pushing you to do more than you thought you could, without ever making it feel intimidating. He truly cares about each member, and it shows in how he coaches and interacts with everyone in the gym. The owners have also done an amazing job keeping the gym in great shape. Over the years, they've made noticeable improvements--upgrading equipment, keeping things clean, and making sure the space is inviting and functional. You can tell they're invested in creating a great environment for members to train in and the community. Whether you're brand new to CrossFit or have been training for years, this gym has something to offer.
