I hate that some gyms do not maintain their expensive equipment, but not here. Seems like Christmas several times a year when new gear arrives. The place is not large, so make sure to reserve your spot if you come during the busy season. And in spite of it not being a massive space, it is the most organized gym I have ever entered. She is helping me build the strength back in my knee and lose weight. Because of her background she is able to adjust the exercises but still works on whole body workouts.
