He always makes sure the students understand techniques before he moves on to the next step. He encourages questions after every demonstration, he looks out for the students safety, always keeping an eye out for good safe techniques. We also learn striking techniques used in MMA through the art of Muay Thai, which is an incredible cardio workout by itself. I was very fortunate to find instructor Diaz, I wanted to learn from a Gracie Jiu Jitsu black belt, and I think Diaz is hands down one of the best black belts around. kudos instructor Diaz, Destin is lucky to have you.
