I loved how intimate the studio was - I'd imagine a class of more than 10-15 would feel crowded. Everyone there was very friendly and was impressed with the instruction - laid-back but also very practical. They don't expect everyone to know all the terms, so I'd say the gentle yoga class would be very beginner-friendly. They have everything you need - mats, towels, even a little water cooler, so don't worry if you don't have your gear. Parking wasn't an issue, and there's a juice bar right across the street if you want a treat post-workout. I'll come back next time I'm in town!

He's on top of everything, from management to admin to maintenance. The place looks and runs better than it has since it first opened (back when Denver was running the show). The only downside is that Mike takes off at 6pm, so in the evening hours there still tends to be a problem with non-members (mostly undocumented) sneaking in. And for that reason alone I would not recommend unaccompanied females be there after dark.
