Exercise and vacation are two words that do not go together, at least in my book…read more Amazingly, I was able to convince my friends to partake in physical activity while on vacation (too much seafood), and I zeroed in on Studio by the Sea since it was close to where we were staying, $10 for a drop-in class was a steal, and Wendy the owner promptly replied to my questions by text. Courtney the teacher was helpful and friendly. There was something calming about hearing the waves purr in the background while doing chaturanga. Arms and shoulders were varying degrees of sore the next day. We peeked at the Zumba class going on after yoga, and it looked like a high-energy party. If we were staying in PCB longer, we definitely were up for trying out more classes. So yeah, exercise being a highlight of our trip sounds very strange but it was!

3.5 stars I would…read moregive this studio 3 stars, but it really depends on what you're looking for. If you want a studio that will watch your children while you do yoga, or if you would like your child to take dance instruction, then this is the place for you. If you'd like a quiet setting to practice yoga in, then you should probably look elsewhere. Said children and dance lessons will be all you hear while you're trying to focus. They do also offer yoga on the beach though, so that is also an option if that's your thing. All in all it's not a bad studio, but it's not what I'm personally looking for.

5/5 Great gym and a…read morereally good option if you're visiting Panama City Beach and want to get a workout in. There's ample parking, the facility is clean and well kept, and they have a wide array of equipment, so it's easy to get a full workout in without feeling limited. They also have a smoothie bar and saunas on site, which are nice added amenities. I purchased a day pass for around $15, which I thought was very reasonable. Just keep in mind that day passes need to be used during staffed hours. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely come back the next time I'm in Panama City Beach.

I have been going to Fitness Junky since February 2025. I am a professional athlete, so I spend the…read moremajority of my evenings either at the track or the gym. I enjoyed my time at Fitness Junky, however I will no longer be going to Fitness Junky after a New Year's incident I had with the lady that works at the front desk. Upon entry with my girlfriend, I scanned my key card and mentioned that she would be working out with me (not a problem previously). In almost a fit of rage the lady said, "Do you even have a membership here?!" As if this gym is some sort of exclusive environment to "outsiders." Astonished by her tone of voice and unprofessionalism I stood their confused in front of other gym-goers (mind you I see this lady on a daily basis, and our interactions are usually kind and brief). Quite the opposite towards my girlfriend. I believe this interaction could have been dealt with in a much different (professional) way, than her otherwise scolding/entitled behavior and manners. I ended up paying for a day pass reluctantly for my girlfriend, and we left the front desk after being adamantly told, "And make sure you are out by 6." It was 4:30pm. Under no circumstances will I attend a gym regularly that disrespects me, or my loved ones. I will take my work ethic elsewhere. Thank you.
