What a blessing! Let me start with I've been in the health and wellness all of my life. One thing I've left out was consistency in my stretching after every exercise and or workout. Strech Zone has been an absolute great experience. Their strech approach and knowledge is GOLD. This week was my third visit, I happen to run into the owner "Kim" she was very welcoming, passionate amd expressed her passion for what she does. I want to thank Paige who works there, she has a gift with her stretches. I totally recommend Stretch Zone, stretching correctly and with someone here at Stretch Zone is a must! read more
