Now, I can honestly say that the KidZone team (not limited to the KZ crew - everyone that keeps BF running is amazing) has had a massive positive impact on our entire family. Our baby is cared for so well here and he has made friends, grown and developed faster, and smiles constantly when he's here. She told me the system they use was having issues. She was extremely empathetic about my frustration and told me they were working on it. I decided to try again this morning and what a surprise when it wasn't working again. It's been almost a week now and I've come to the conclusion that I'm going to cancel my membership. This is just carelessness on the management at this point. I do not recommend this gym.

Because this is where the family fitness room which is basically a section of the room cordoned off with a few kids toys and small TV for disney channel or Nickelodeon to be on and well within eyesight for parents on the cardio machines, treadmills, fitness classes (for a $3 free) are!! It's not a huge place but it's great for when I want to get a work out in and I don't want to pay extra at any other places for childcare. There's a few machines to use for arms and legs also. If you're in the mood for a massage this is also where you go to make an appointment with the massage therapist. For $60/hour it's pretty standard. The staff is helpful and funny to talk with as well. Love this place.

I have to be in shape because I'm military so this add on to my regular PT routine is great. I like how a meal plan is implemented into to the 6 week challenge. My only issue with the plan was my living situation. Because my meals are prepared on base in the dining facility I'm without kitchen accessibility. So I had to find ways to substitute the meals. The meal plan introduced was the Paleo diet, which cut out SUGAR & DIARY. My two weaknesses!! The first two weeks was getting use to workouts then I started having sugar cravings out this world. I was also on a military profile which limit my range of workout. But instructors was able to work with me and modify the workout so I wouldn't injure myself. No workout is the same. So you never know what your walking into!!!! I have one more week to go I can't wait to see how much body fat I've lost.

There is no music piped into the gym so the only sound that you hear is the clacking together of weights. There is a room for free weights and cardio and then another for legs and finally another for machines. While the machines are the made by the same company as the machines I work out on at my home city gym they move in a much different way. I am not sure how that is possible.
