The coaches are truly next-level: they know your name, push you in all the right ways, and make every class feel fun, challenging, and intentional. The workouts are never boring, always effective, and somehow make you feel stronger every single week. And the community? Unreal. People cheer for you, celebrate your wins, and make the studio feel like home. I've made real friends here -- the kind you actually look forward to sweating with. If you're thinking about trying OTF, this is your sign. Walk in once and you'll get it. Best decision I've made for myself.

I should have noticed the recurring bill earlier. I went to this facility and the girl told me only manager can handle this and will call me back ASAP. I still have not received a call. I called my bank to dispute the oct cycle. If I do not hear from you guy by tomorrow am. I will report you to the San Antonio business bureau. How is it that you think it is ok to charge someone who has not been there since before the pandemic closing a monthly fee? Do not leave your credit cards there on hold. A fraud business. Update 2 Called again, they saw my phone number on incoming and my call went to voice mail. Used my son phone to call, "Carly" said she was busy answering another persons call. Now I was told there is no manager in this branch only assistant manager who is not going to be working till tomorrow. This was different from yesterday when I was told a manager will call me. Again I will give them a couple more days to figure out what the heck is going on. And a daily 1 star review until I receive a full explanation for this mess.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and if it's your first time it definitely helps to come 15-30 minutes early so that they can give you a quick tour and get you set up on your bike. The facility was clean and well-maintained. I like how for each of the sections, you get your own spot. The bike is designated, but even though you can choose your own spot for strength and yoga, they're still separated so that each person gets their own personal space. At the end of the class, I was given a rundown of my stats from the spin class and it gave me a more personalized goal based on today's class for the next time I come! They also offer student discounts.

The price is up there but for me worth it for the pools, sauna, steam room and yoga classes ! They also have pickleball, Pilates, boot camp as well as a spa which I have used for years! Most of all I love the sense of community! I have made so many amazing friends here - people who have also been members since it opened - and that is the difference maker !! It's a great place and feels like home!! Love Lifetime Fitness!

During this…read moreholiday break, I've come back home to San Antonio to be with family but really wanted to make sure I kept up with my endurance so that I don't lose it when I get back to GA. I am beyond excited that I found CKO because not only are their classes a full body workout but I'm actually doing a variety of exercises involving weights and conditioning that I've never done before. How incredibly fun! Members range from total beginners to advanced. I love that their facility is so clean - yes, ladies, including the bathrooms! Jae, the owner and instructor, creates a friendly yet challenging environment to make sure we get the full body workout we are looking for but have a blast while we are doing it! I have no doubt that CKO will keep the weight gain off me this holiday break so I can go enjoy without worry!!! You're missing out if you haven't signed up here yet. I'll be here all week because I'm already addicted. I'm relieved to find a place I can trust to get good training at during my visits home. Finally!! Bring your own gloves if you can. Wear tennis shoes and dress in comfortable active gym clothes. Throw on a headband if you've got one bc it's super helpful when you body decides to sweat like a maniac but you don't want your eyeballs to burn like a MF LOL

I've driven by the FREE FIRST WORKOUT signs for ages and finally signed up online for a class…read more Location was clean, instructor was peppy, but the first thing she said was, "Do you have gloves?" No, your email just said to wear gym clothes, and to bring water and a towel. "Well, you need gloves for the class. We have a pair for sale for $20!" Okay then, count me out. /Scene. Way to waste my time and gas! No mention was made of this requirement on the site or in any of the THREE emails I received. The confirmation message literally states, "all you need to do is show up before class starts and you're ready to go!" Either the person I encountered was trying to make a quick buck, or their setup is deliberately misleading so that you'll arrive pumped for a workout and just pay for the gloves so you don't miss out. I've taken kickboxing before and I'm particular about my instructors. I don't own my own gloves because I don't go consistently. Other gyms I've been to have loaner pairs specifically for first-timers, even if they do push for you to purchase. I'm not about to shell out $20 to participate in a free workout I don't even know if i'm going to return to. After my visit, someone called to schedule me (not realizing I'd been in), and didn't have anything to counter the points I brought up or explain why the gloves weren't mentioned, just kind of vaguely saying they're small so they don't have room for spare gloves? Kickboxing is a great workout, but the lack of customer service here is a turn off.

Their web interface and app are almost entirely unusable. The gates are constantly closed, the staff can be rude at times, especially more temporary staff. I often feel like I'm walking on eggshells just to go and work out. It's chaotic, it's almost impossible for my partner to find basketball court availabilities, yoga classes fill up and wind up being overpacked into rooms, and in general there is so much pro Israel rhetoric that it is very challenging to be a member if you're not a zionist. My family is Jewish, but we feel deeply uncomfortable going in there and expressing our opinions. Things seem to be open and closed on a whim, you can't use any of the workout rooms when they are empty or you will be yelled at by a member of staff (even though there is no signage explaining this), at this point I'm not sure why we're spending so much money to come here, when clearly the people who work there don't seem to have an interest in our family's well being. Finally, it's clear that after school activities will always give privilege to the students at Anne Frank Academy, which seems to be affiliated, so for instance we have missed my daughter's Jazz recitals at The JCC because the instructor can't give us a time that actually involves the beginning and end of the recital. Because the concern seems to be about children and Aftercare rather than former students and families who pay high membership fees. So at this point I'm getting fairly fed up and I'm not sure why we should still be members.
