When I came in I told the lady in the front that I wanted it done small on the side of the bag (hence why I only put Bri and not her full name Brianna because I thought it wouldn't fit). It was all written down on the order sheet and she even had me put masking tape exactly where I wanted it. However, when I picked up the item I was shocked to find that they had done it on the top. Their customer service is great and to make up for their mistake they didn't charge me for the embroidery. Additionally, they also offered to buy a new bag and redo it for me, but I was out of time. If I wasn't tolerant of the new placement I would have been pisssssed. Ultimately, the quality of their work is still great but I'm not sure if I can risk it and trust them to do my items in the future.

Great local print shop for all your needs. I used Studio 7 for my wedding! I've inquired online…read moreprint services and big box stores and Studio 7 had the best pricing and turnaround time was very fast and service is unbeatable. I had last minute printing order on Wednesday before Thanksgiving when most businesses close early or mentally checked out lol but they were there to help with my order with fast turnaround! There was a small mishap which Van fixed it right away and let me pick it up even when the shop is closed by putting the items in their locker. Van also communicated with me throughout the whole time. Excellent service. I got all my templates from Etsy and wanted some black menu cards printed and everywhere else wanted almost $1+ for "white ink printing" which by the way, is NOT necessary as it can be done through regular printing. I'm not about to spend $1 x 300 guests for menu cards people are going to glance and toss...Studio 7 was able to print on black cardstock and it looked just as good and served it's purpose at a fraction of the price. Also got some 5x7 signage printed on foam board that looked really polished and great with backing to stand up on it's own without having to spend $$$ on those fancy acrylic signs. I've called a few other places and gotten some snippy, rushy people on the line but this guy sounded calm and collected. He answered my questions regarding pricing and I was delighted to know they are affordable, and the turnaround time is only 2 days! When I called another business, they told me they wouldn't be able to have it done till around Christmas time. What! Other places told me 1 to 2 weeks. I brought in two pieces for two colors and two lines of embroidery, and they came out professional and nifty! I was delighted to call and find out the items were done the very next day! Picked them up with no problems, and they're looking great. This place also sells DJ equipment which was convenient because I happened to need a microphone cable. She asked what I was looking for and gave me information on their minimum order. I explained what I was hoping to do for a golf outing at the end of the month and when I would need them. I know I was pushing it because I arrived at my decision to do this quite late in the game. AnnMarie responded to my information and told me that the workload was such that they could not accommodate my request. She also told me that she even tried to move their schedule to accommodate me but that wasn't possible. Despite their inability to fill my need, I was completely blown away and thoroughly impressed by what AnnMarie did next. She gave me the name of a competitor in Pasadena that she recommended highly. A friend recommended that I get my sash embroidered. They mainly embroider names; If you want a flag embroidered, you would have to bring it in for him to work with it--very kind owner. I would call ahead to ask if he can work on your product rather than just showing up. Over the phone he mentioned that getting my name done would be $22 but I picked it up today and offered me $9! I already thought I was getting a deal with $22 but wow. I'm definitely coming back!

I had an exceptional experience with Sam and cannot recommend this business highly enough…read more I had a fire uniform shirt that I desperately needed embroidered by the next day, and not having it done on time would have put me in a difficult situation at work. Sam assured me he could take care of it. While we were talking, he asked if I had a minute and told me to just stand by. He took my sample shirt, duplicated the embroidery, and had me back out the door in about 15 minutes, even though he was already busy. What really stood out to me was not only the quality and speed of the service, but the way Sam treated everyone who walked through the door. While I was waiting, I overheard him helping another customer who was having trouble deciding what size uniforms to get for her kids. Instead of simply telling her what to buy, he suggested she take a couple of different sizes home to have her kids try them on and bring back whichever ones didn't work. That kind of customer service says a lot about a business. This place has that old school, neighborhood, business feel where people genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. It's becoming increasingly rare, and it's refreshing to see. Sam went above and beyond for me when I was in a bind and, honestly, saved my ass. Fast, professional, accommodating, and genuinely customer focused. I highly recommend this place and will absolutely be back.
