There's a wide range of stores catering to different budgets--from typical mall stores to high-end luxury shops. The center offers a good mix of shopping including clothing stores and beauty retailers. I am not sure about the restaurants and cafes, since I have not explored the whole mall. I did see a restaurant, Starbucks, and a boba shop that I visited. I visited several stores during my trip, and overall, the service was friendly and welcoming. Dior stood out in particular, as the staff were attentive, offered samples, and created a more engaging shopping experience. The other stores I visited were also pleasant and accommodating. Overall, it's a cool place to walk around, shop, and hangout for a day.

We visited to find a specific outfit, and the variety of stores has definitely improved over time. While the mall still features many luxury retailers, it now includes more accessible options such as H&M, Zara, a smaller Abercrombie & Fitch location, Sephora, and Victoria's Secret. The mall offers great dining options along with beautiful views, and it is always lively. Tourists are often seen taking photos on the skybridge near Victoria's Secret, adding to the vibrant atmosphere. One of the most convenient features is the free Metromover, which has a stop directly at Brickell City Centre. This makes it easy to park farther away and avoid high parking costs. For those who live nearby, walking is also a great option. The open air but covered design gives the mall a modern outdoor feel while still providing comfort and a sense of safety, which is very important. In addition to shopping, there is a movie theater, an escape room, indoor golf, and other entertainment options. We stopped for a bite to eat at The Henry. Our server, Alex was attentive and provided great service. What was once a quiet space focused mainly on ultra luxury brands has transformed into a lively, well rounded destination with something for everyone.

However, I feel compelled to share my recent experience at the Marshalls located at 255 E Flagler Street, as I felt mistreated, frustrated, and powerless. I purchased a seasonal candle for $7.99, and shortly after leaving the store, it slipped from my hand and fell to the floor. Since I was still very close by, I returned to the store hoping to either replace the broken candle or receive credit toward another. To my surprise, both the cashier and the floor manager refused to assist me in resolving the situation. They did not offer to replace the candle with a similar one or provide any form of credit. I was disappointed by their lack of professionalism and willingness to help, especially as a frequent customer who had spent nearly $100 in the store just the day before. I believe it's important for businesses to recognize that customer service matters, and I hope that this feedback encourages a more supportive approach in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, A very disappointed and unhappy client.

The Perez Art Museum, Kaseya Center, and the Frost Science Museum are a just a few blocks away. The two public garages for Miami Worldcenter are at 9th Street and NE 2nd Avenue. I recently had the chance to explore the Miami Worldcenter when I attended a Yelp event at SixtyVines, one of the first tenants of this development. Much of it is still under construction but there is still enough open to warrant a visit. An open-air shopping promenade runs north and south from NE 10th Street to NE 7th Street and between NE 1st and 2nd Avenues. A large public plaza and park will be surrounded by shops and restaurants to create a gathering space with public art. In addition to SixtyVines where I dined there is an Apple store, the first Miami location for Savage X Fenty by pop singer Rhianna, the Museum of Ice Cream, and Lucky Strike for bowling. Other open businesses include Sephora, Lulumon, Ray-Ban, The Container Store, Lucid Motors, Naftali Group, Free People. Hyp, and The Spot Barbership. Coming soon, Serafina. I love the public art, especially the historic globe that was once in the Pan Am Terminal on Dinner Key and then graced the entrance to the former Miami Science Museum for 55 years before being restored and installed in Miami Worldcenter.I am looking forward to coming back for a visit to the fun Museum of Ice Cream and to try some of the other restaurants as they open.
