I almost thought they had given me someone else's bag since the it now looks almost brand new! Bagmaster has been in business for many years and I can see why. On my last visit, my zipper tab broke off and the gentleman who was working at the time (I've only seen one man there) offered to replace it free of charge. I wasn't expecting that service and was very appreciative of the kind gesture. They're having a store wide 20% sale until this Sunday March 25, 2018 so if you're looking at picking up something, this week only comes once a year. TUMI never goes on sale!! If you'd prefer to shop online, you can still get the 20% off so definitely don't wait. I'm ecstatic with the beautiful Merge collection, their latest one. It's far lighter than the Carbon Fiber one and 5X cheaper! Plus it has camo print which is definitely cool.

I was at the store at 5:00pm today asking to get a store credit for a Rimowa luggage my husband bought. 2 sales reps assisted me and found the transaction my husband did they issue me a store credit for almost $600. I told them that I will come back with my husband to pick up something else in about 1/2 hour. They advised me to leave the "store credit" there as it looks like a receipt type (not a card like any other store) therefore I told them that it's fine they can leave it there and I will come back in about 1/2 hour. When I came back with my husband at around 5:30pm two shifts has been changed and the 2 sales reps that helped me weren't there instead there was a "store manager" by the name Ludmila. When I asked her for my store credit she said - "I put it in the trash and void it" I asked her : WHY??? she said - because this is what I decided the luggage has been used and I will not give you any store credit. I explained her that the store credit was ALREADY BEEN GIVEN TO ME and it's my property, she cannot void it and it is a completely new luggage that hasn't been used. I told her that if she isn't going to honor her colleagues decision who already issued me a store credit I will complain about her and she said - I don't care anyway I'm leaving tomorrow!!!! Seriously ????! Is that a store in America in AVENTURA MALL???! Just so you know what she did is basically stealing. 3 sales representative were preset when they issue the store credit to me and what she did is stealing it from me because at the point that I got it it belongs to me. My own property. I will make sure this case will be all over this is a shame. This store should be shut down!

It looked amazing on her but just needed one size larger. The Macy's 30% discount automatically added with and optional 25% discount with a Macy's credit card, which we declined - these department stores always try to push this. Anyways, we paid for the dress which will be delivered for free to our residence with a 30 day return policy. Browsed the men's section upstairs which offered all big brand clothing with a very classy dress suit and shoe section. The alteration area for the gowns strangely is located in the men's section. They provide a Price Check kiosk to scan apparel so that you don't need to hunt down an employee for a simple task.

Macy's actually has an enormous selection of gowns in all styles and colors for under $250.00. Twenty minutes went by and no assistance could be found, asked employees walking by who quickly dispersed into the colorful fabric displays. Then the white knight emerged by the name of Valerie who was an instant breath of fresh air and took control and assisted me at the fitting area. Tried on many gowns and finally found a winner. Thanks again to Valerie for all her help. This mens and womens store sells a wide selection of brand name clothing, purses, shoes and perfumes.

A gentleman walked in front of the line, kicked an item (a PEZ dispenser) that was on the floor, hit my shopping basket, looked at it & kept walking to register. Apparently when I asked if he worked here the cashier told me not at that store but at the Hallandale Beach one (he's the manager). No offense but if this is the party you have managing people at another store who believes he's above picking up items then I feel for that staff. Hope this isn't the case & it's a one off. This one had a lot of reviews within the past year so I decided to take a chance - so happy I did! They applied new corks to both and fixed the material within 10 min! From afar, can't even tell something was wrong. Even up close, you can't tell. Reasonably priced and the customer service was great! Can't wait to bring more pairs with other issues and see how they solve the problem but for now, I'm happy!
