Expecting people to fit into perfectly pre-matched sets is absurd. What made it worse was the attitude--completely unhelpful and unwilling to even try to find a solution. No flexibility, no customer service, just a hard "no" with zero effort. We walked out without buying anything, and I won't be coming back. Back then, the S Bus would drop you off at the entrance of the food court and the mall was just 2 floors but look at Aventura Mall now! Completely unrecognizable to the Mall I remember as a teen. Especially since it seems like the average stores I remember are gone and it's all Prada, Gucci, and luxe stores now, but I'm not gonna knock it too much as I took full advantage and stocked up on my Nespresso pods while I was here. At least they still have JC Penny's. I was able to find a Miami Hurricanes shirt to bring back to my dad as a gift. They also have a Joe and the Juice store which I always stop by when I'm here and get a green tonic from them. I have to admit; I like how they revamped the food court so that its modern and has a wide variety of options. They even have a ramen kiosk! We also stopped by the new Eataly store, how can you not right? We didn't eat anything there, but I took advantage and bought some items they had priced on sale. In all honesty, I could see myself coming to Aventura often if I still lived in South Florida. I've always it made it a point to come here when I do visit and will probably continue to do so in the future.

It looked amazing on her but just needed one size larger. The Macy's 30% discount automatically added with and optional 25% discount with a Macy's credit card, which we declined - these department stores always try to push this. Anyways, we paid for the dress which will be delivered for free to our residence with a 30 day return policy. Browsed the men's section upstairs which offered all big brand clothing with a very classy dress suit and shoe section. The alteration area for the gowns strangely is located in the men's section. They provide a Price Check kiosk to scan apparel so that you don't need to hunt down an employee for a simple task.

They send you to nearby restaurants, meaning you have to eat out after spending thousands of dollars in the store. They always say it's out of service. If a child needs to use the restroom in an emergency, they won't let them. They blame the landlord, which isn't true because they've put a code on it now, and they still say it's out of service.
