Shops, cafes & lots of seating
Andrea U.

Busy shops, bars, a shake shack, North Italia restaurant, Publix, Delores, Starbucks ... Understand parking is less expensive. Lots of places to sit, good people watching. It gets hot walking around during the day but hops at night. Nice to see visible security after dark.

A pretty low key plaza that covers a few streets. There's a few benches to sit at and it's relatively clean. Some of the trees around it are pretty amazing, especially lit up for the holidays. You can access the plaza fairly easy from all the streets that surround it. It has a few restaurants, shops, and LA Fitness. The best part of it to me is Blue Martini, Starbucks, and Shake Shack.

This place has really gone downhill after Brickell City Center opened. Restaurants have opened & closed. Large statues have appeared and suddenly disappeared. I'm hoping the current construction can create a more scenic atmosphere but this area definitely pales in comparison to the dining & shopping options available down the block in Brickell City Center. The one venue that I'm excited about is the new Shake Shack that is barely under construction. Hopefully they can get that ball rolling. The only plus is the parking garage, it's a much more affordable option compared to Brickell City Center.

There's a wide range of stores catering to different budgets--from typical mall stores to high-end luxury shops. The center offers a good mix of shopping including clothing stores and beauty retailers. I am not sure about the restaurants and cafes, since I have not explored the whole mall. I did see a restaurant, Starbucks, and a boba shop that I visited. I visited several stores during my trip, and overall, the service was friendly and welcoming. Dior stood out in particular, as the staff were attentive, offered samples, and created a more engaging shopping experience. The other stores I visited were also pleasant and accommodating. Overall, it's a cool place to walk around, shop, and hangout for a day.

We visited to find a specific outfit, and the variety of stores has definitely improved over time. While the mall still features many luxury retailers, it now includes more accessible options such as H&M, Zara, a smaller Abercrombie & Fitch location, Sephora, and Victoria's Secret. The mall offers great dining options along with beautiful views, and it is always lively. Tourists are often seen taking photos on the skybridge near Victoria's Secret, adding to the vibrant atmosphere. One of the most convenient features is the free Metromover, which has a stop directly at Brickell City Centre. This makes it easy to park farther away and avoid high parking costs. For those who live nearby, walking is also a great option. The open air but covered design gives the mall a modern outdoor feel while still providing comfort and a sense of safety, which is very important. In addition to shopping, there is a movie theater, an escape room, indoor golf, and other entertainment options. We stopped for a bite to eat at The Henry. Our server, Alex was attentive and provided great service. What was once a quiet space focused mainly on ultra luxury brands has transformed into a lively, well rounded destination with something for everyone.

The Perez Art Museum, Kaseya Center, and the Frost Science Museum are a just a few blocks away. The two public garages for Miami Worldcenter are at 9th Street and NE 2nd Avenue. I recently had the chance to explore the Miami Worldcenter when I attended a Yelp event at SixtyVines, one of the first tenants of this development. Much of it is still under construction but there is still enough open to warrant a visit. An open-air shopping promenade runs north and south from NE 10th Street to NE 7th Street and between NE 1st and 2nd Avenues. A large public plaza and park will be surrounded by shops and restaurants to create a gathering space with public art. In addition to SixtyVines where I dined there is an Apple store, the first Miami location for Savage X Fenty by pop singer Rhianna, the Museum of Ice Cream, and Lucky Strike for bowling. Other open businesses include Sephora, Lulumon, Ray-Ban, The Container Store, Lucid Motors, Naftali Group, Free People. Hyp, and The Spot Barbership. Coming soon, Serafina. I love the public art, especially the historic globe that was once in the Pan Am Terminal on Dinner Key and then graced the entrance to the former Miami Science Museum for 55 years before being restored and installed in Miami Worldcenter.I am looking forward to coming back for a visit to the fun Museum of Ice Cream and to try some of the other restaurants as they open.

I've been coming here since the days when Howard Austin Feld had his shop here, when you could still park on the street and the crowd felt more local than curated. Back then, it was quirky galleries, mom-and-pop shops, and artists setting up easels by the fountains. History matters here. Originally designed in the 1910s by Carl Fisher (the same guy who basically invented Miami Beach), it was later reimagined in the 1950s by Morris Lapidus, the legendary architect behind the Fontainebleau. He turned Lincoln Road into a pedestrian mall--a radical idea at the time--that gave Miami Beach its own open-air Broadway. For decades, it was where retirees fed pigeons, musicians played for tips, and snowbirds people-watched under the palms. Today? It's glossier. Trendy flagship stores, outdoor cafés charging $9 for a latte, and enough selfie sticks to arm a small militia. The pigeons have been replaced by pickup artists--guys working the crowd like it's spring break year-round, angling for phone numbers from beautiful women in sundresses. Depending on your vibe, it's either comedy gold or background noise. But here's the truth: Lincoln Road is still Lincoln Road. The fountains still splash, the architecture still hums with mid-century glamour, and the people-watching is world-class. From models strutting past with shopping bags to a family of tourists melting under the Miami sun, this strip remains Miami Beach's beating heart.

Great mix of high end stores and regular boutique stores to cater to every person.
