He was not pushy or trying to get us into something we did not want as so many sales people can be like. He provided us with the options and let us take the lead on what we wanted to look at. Happy to say we bought the vehicle we wanted and not once felt under pressure. I would give Gary a 10/10 for our experience.

In 2011 I was close to retirement and decided I would finally buy my dream truck the Ford F150…read moreplatinum! After looking around I found it at Riverview ford Lincoln in Fredericton. I was a little nervous spending that kinda money on a new truck but i bought it anyway. Got a good deal at Riverview and have been happy with the truck over the last few years. Fast forward to 2014 and my warranty coming to its end then I found out I needed a very expensive repair while I am still paying on the truck. Needless to say I was very upset with this news and was waiting for Ford Canada to make a decision on my claim, After going in for my normal oil change I found out the great news! Riverview ford Lincoln decided to do the repair on there own with no charge to me and they would just wait for ford Canada to get reimbursed. I now know that there slogan " No Games " is real and not just a catchy sales tactic. Anybody looking for a new or used car or truck I recommend Riverview Ford Lincoln.

What should have been the excitement of owning a brand new Mustang turned into an absolute disaster…read morethanks to Riverview Ford. I brought my car in five separate times for A/C warranty repairs. Every visit ended with "it's fixed," and every time it absolutely was not. Five attempts, zero solutions. That alone is unacceptable. It got worse. After finally taking the car to another shop, I was informed that parts Riverview Ford explicitly told me were replaced under warranty had never been replaced at all. That is beyond incompetence and firmly into dishonesty. While all this was happening, my car was also hit in Riverview Ford's lot when someone backed into it. Yes, they disclosed the damage and repaired it--but the bumper came back with a different shade of black paint, and I was essentially told to just accept it on a brand new vehicle. Between the repeated failed repairs, false claims about warranty work, and damage done to my car, the experience became so stressful and exhausting that I ultimately sold the Mustang just to be free of the situation. Riverview Ford managed to turn a dream car into a constant source of frustration. I would not trust this dealership with a vehicle I cared about.

Gabe went above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I even reached out a few days after and he was so quick to answer. I loved my experience at Steele! Andrew from financing was also an amazing help when my current car loan still came out. Andrew answered fast, and was on the case immediatley. Andrew kept me in the loop, and even offered me a gas card to help with the payment coming out. I cannot say enough good things about Andrew, and how much he really cares about clients satisfaction.

I thought that was a lot but booked the appointment for the morning of august 20th. When I arrived at the service area I was told the cost for each issue would be $200 plus tax each. So $400 plus tax not to have any work done but to have my a/c and brakes checked. I said I was told it was told it would be $159 plus tax. She was not interested in what I was telling her so I opted to have them only check the a/c. When the appointment was done I was told there was nothing wrong with my a/c. I paid $217.05 and left. The next day while running errands my a/c did the same thing that it was doing before. It runs cold initially then it runs warm. What a waste of my time and money.

They went way, way, out of their way to make sure I was a satisfied customer. These guys are very professional and they also have a garage where they can have your new vehicle serviced. I very rarely write reviews but the service I recently received needs to acknowledged. I will most definitely purchase another vehicle from D & L Motors and I highly recommend stopping by there if you are in the market for a used vehicle if you get the same service that I did, you will notice from the first impression.

When looking for a car, just because I am a female doesn't mean that I'm going for looks of the vehicle, I am looking for reliable, efficient etc but the sexist rep kept insisting that I get something that looks similar when I told him I did not like the make of vehicle he began to get mad at me. I kept getting texts from him showing me vehicles out of my price range which I clearly told him while in store. He called me 3 days after I went into see him and asked if I was still interested when I clearly told him I was not interested in the vehicles he has been showing me. I told him that I had bought one at a dealership, just waiting for financing to be accepted. And he began to holler at me "either you bought one or you didn't!!" Over and over everytime I began to talk. I finally straight up told him I'm not buying from him. He hung up on me mid-sentence. Defiantly not professional, not sure how you plan on getting customers acting like that.

This is a 5-star review so it gets seen -- but it truly deserves ZERO stars…read more Canada East Drives was absolutely terrible to deal with. I would highly advise against doing business with them. They took advantage of a vulnerable situation involving my 12-year-old son, who has serious medical issues. We needed a safe and reliable vehicle to get him to appointments, but they saw an opportunity to make money and ignored any sense of decency or responsibility. When I raised concerns, I was met with silence and blame-shifting. They pointed fingers at Port Elgin Auto, the shop that inspected the vehicle, rather than taking accountability for selling an unsafe car. They were completely unprofessional, told multiple lies, and failed to follow through on anything they promised. I've never dealt with a more dishonest or uncaring company. Buyers beware -- especially if your situation depends on reliability and trust.

Went for a test drive and though they reduced the price to try to get in my budget, it wasn't low enough for me. The one I ended up buying was a trade-in that they had just got, good condition also confirmed by pre-inspection. They walked me through the process and answered all my questions about registering and stuff (like I said, was away for a long time). Even lowered the price to well within my budget - no b.s. back and forth which I very much appreciated. Did the detailing work to clean it up the week after all the paperwork was complete, and on Christmas Eve so they honour their word. Still working well! Highly recommend this dealership.
