I booked only a few days in advance for a state inspection, and was in and out in 25 minutes for a grand total of $16. No hassle, no upselling, just pleasant interactions with a polite employee in a comfortable waiting room before going on with my day. In comparison, last year I went elsewhere and had to schedule weeks in advance. I was promised the inspection would take 30 minutes only to be left waiting at the dealership for 3 hours. And despite passing inspection I still had to go through the gauntlet of rude sales reps pushing me to spend more than $2000 on unnecessary services. Never again!

Once i found & contacted Malcolm, he agreed to come out right away - in the dark, and in freezing temperature to help me out. And INDEED he did! He was able to identify the problem, fix it, & do a couple tests to make sure. He was truly a GODSEND. And this guy KNOWS his stuff! His fee was reasonable & fair - a great value. I had it looked at by three different mechanics in Richmond area. All gave me a list of things that needs replaced. Each one's list was different things to be replaced. None of their suggestions sounded right to me. After looking on Yelp I found Mr. Kweleme. Mr. Kweleme replaced two of my vehicle's spark plugs and changed the engine oil and it fixed the issue. I also asked his opinion on the other things mentioned by the previous mechanics, and except one thing, everything else that was told by other mechanics was not necessary. Mr. Kweleme confirmed those parts are in good condition and explained why he thinks they need no replacement. I think Mr. Kweleme is also charges resonably. Thank you Mr. Kweleme!

I loved how inviting and friendly the people are and I felt like I had no worries of getting it fixed. If I had any questions they'd respond to my call super quick and explain in detail what is delaying and what they are doing to fix it. I also was surprised how clean my car was when I got it back! I didn't know that was a thing they did and I honestly feel bad because my car was so dirty before. I should have cleaned it before I gave it to them Fortunately I didn't have to spend anything out of my pocket because the accident was completely the other party's fault.

I chose this shop because my insurance highly recommended them for a minor dent repair. Communication was extremely poor from the start. My car sat for over 24 hours before they even completed the estimate, and after dropping it off for repairs, I repeatedly had to call for updates. I was told multiple times that my car was simply waiting to be painted, despite it sitting there for nearly a week with no progress. When I expressed my concerns, the estimator Chris, essentially brushed them off, saying they had too many cars. My take on this is if you are over scheduled or just bad at scheduling do not take on additional work! Having my car and I'm sure many others just sit there for 5+ business days is unacceptable. My car took longer to get painted than it did for the actual repair! After escalating the situation through my insurance, the owner contacted me directly, apologized, expedited the repair, and waived my deductible. I genuinely appreciated his response and professionalism. Unfortunately, the experience with the rest of the staff was very different. When I picked up my car, it had not been cleaned as promised, and there was visible dirt on the interior, residue on the inside of the door, and tar/black adhesive on a tire. The estimator, Chris, who had previously dismissed my concerns did not acknowledged me at pickup, did not ask if I had any questions or concerns, and did not even look at me while returning my car back. Not sure if this is because I'm a women or because I complained. I strongly recommend taking your car somewhere else, even if your insurance recommends this shop. The owner clearly cared about making things right, but the overall communication, customer service, and handling of my repair were extremely disappointing.

My 20 year old did preliminary research and knew the car he wanted to see about. From the moment we arrived, I watched Asker treat my boy with professional courtesy, confirming this was a manual transmission (my son replied that actually is a major selling point, and I got to be proud for teaching my son stick shift), a little friendly conversation, and then time for his test drive. When we returned from the drive, my son had a question about the engine and Asker immediately brought the dealership mechanic to respond with expertise. The interactions remained very easygoing (i.e. no pressure or gimmicks) with the exchange of detail towards a purchase. Asker gave my son a fair trade-in for his previous car currently stashed at a garage, and did all the paperwork right there in house: registration, taxes, temporary tags, the works! I was so impressed with the ease of the car buying process . It's nice to do business with someone who is genuinely interested in listening to the customer, and I'm pleased my son had that good fortune today.

We met the owner there in the morning after driving 4+ hours the night before. This KIA and this dealership were perfect for what we were looking for. His price was very reasonable and he worked w/us to do a cash deal and not have to finance anything. It's been 1 week today and we love it. I drive it to work every day and my husband suggests we drive the Soul when we go out together. So far we only had to fill it 1x even including the 200 mile drive back home.
