Larger ones available. Dryers are $.25 for five minutes. The facility is clean and well maintained. Lots of signage about rules. Also, if it matters to you, the only "Art" on the wall was a big poster advertising United Healthcare. Stocked vending machine for snacks and laundry supplies. I give it about an 8 on the depresh-o-meter owing to the quality of the decorations, (see above). Cons- top 40 pop music blasting loudly. Pros - the guy who owns the car sales lot also owns this place, so he's on premises. All the machines were working order. Halfway through my wash, a whole bunch of people showed up and, owing to the size, it got weird and claustrophobic and there were crying babies, but that is to be expected and is no fault

The laundromat itself is somewhat difficult to get into because you have to go down some winding roads and then it's situated on a hill so you have to drive up and into a hilly parking lot, Not fun, leaving can be difficult because Illinois road speed limit is about 85 The laundromat itself is laid out tolerably well, can be a bit cramped when there are people using the machines around you. Folding Tables are clean and plentiful. Machines new and I only saw 1 broken dryer. Can't say the same thing for the vending machine for food, which had a bunch of Post-it notes on it that just said " don't touch me". I can so relate. And there is an old school laundry detergent and softener dispenser for 1.25. I saw no staff around, I only saw the public, such as myself, a mixed bag of people doing enormous amounts of loads of laundry and people doing a backpack full. I did not have to wait for any machines and overall I would say that the experience wasn't terrible. I would give it 7 out of 10 bubbles.

Let me first say that I have been taking a fair amount of pants for alterations, as well as shirts…read morefor patches to be sewn on since I relocated to Fort Wayne in March 2025. Well over several hundreds of dollars for basic alterations. In early April I took a pair of jeans that were beginning to fray on the right leg to have the hem shortened [I have had her complete this process on at least another six pairs of jeans previously]. Approximately two weeks ago her husband called and stated that my pants were ready for pick up. Since I had already paid and she was busy as usual I took the pants and returned home. When I got home, I noticed that that right bottom HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED. On Friday, June 26th I returned to Roza's to illustrate that the jeans HAD NOT been repaired. Roza had several customers in the business at the time, however in short, she stated clearly in front of the other customers that these were a DIFFERENT pair of jeans that I brought in. At first, I thought she was joking - this is the same woman that I stop in to say hello, brought flowers for her on Mother's Day; Treating Roza more than a business, but rather a friend - however, she was serious. At least three times she indicated that her process was 100% defect-free and I was attempting to get her to repair another pair of my jeans for free. I have been a Continuous Improvement - Process Improvement Manager for over 35+ years around the globe. EVERYTHING we do is a process, and therefore every process can be improved. Regarding her statement that her process was NEVER wrong, I wanted to provide data that even flying in an airplane or having major surgery is NOT 100% defect free. I have NEVER been so embarrassed, frustrated, or angry at a business where I was ACCUSED of attempting to get $10.00 worth of work by perceived deception. It took every ounce of self-restraint and ultimate respect for Roza to not confront her in FRONT OF HER CUSTOMERS, even though she had ZERO ISSUE with calling me a liar in front of them. As I have read in countless reviews Roza provides excellent work - which I 100% agree - yet I also have read many comments indicating that she can be rude as well. I called later and left a message indicating my disappointment in the way I was treated after being a customer for well over a year. Much to my surprise and further disappointment I received ZERO FEEDBACK. I believed in Roza and her business to the point where I carried extra business cards in my wallet and passed out to others that indicated they required alteration needs; Other businesses as well !!! Data indicates that for every unsatisfied customer they will tell at a minimum seven others - Friends, Co-Workers, Neighbors, etc.. - what unsatisfactory customer service they were given. Those Seven Individuals will tell others as well. DO THE MATH. Again, everything we do is a process; EVERY PROCESS can be IMPROVED... In closing, I will ABSOLUTELY wear the "Emperor's Clothes" before I EVER STEP FOOT in her business again.
