They did, but didn't note my address correctly or give me tracking information, so it's been sitting at UPS for over a week and luckily I called the manager at peerless twice to get the tracking info the day before UPS sent it back. They are now discolored and shrunk and out of shape. The exact reason why I requested dry cleaned only. The worker informed me they never listen to the customer they go off of the garment tags instructions. I gave specific directions and was never informed they would not follow thru. I never authorized any of items to be "washed" Now I have a wardrobe full of ruined clothing I'm livid.
