Wow! So close now and so conveniently located! This EZ TAG Store only opened about a year ago. It's located in the same complex as the Academy Sports store along with multiple other business. Lots of parking! Assistance provided was quick and performed with a smile. I needed to add a vehicle onto my account and wanted the EZ TAG right away. Stopped in this EZ Tag location to transfer my current tag into my son's name. My son set up his own account but did not want to get charged $15 for a new ez-tag when the one on my truck (now his truck) is working just fine. I stopped in here to simply fill out the transfer form that was required to have a current tag billed to someone new. First, my timing was perfect. I walked in and there was no line. The clerk behind the counter was knowledgeable and quick to type out and print the required form for the transfer. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Bottom line - Quick service and knowledgeable employees. This location was very easy to work with. A real pleasure. No complaints. read more

The company Uproad that does all the charges for Ez Tag is a rip off! I signed up for Ez Tag and was told I get my first month free. However this is not true. I was charged for every toll a few weeks later. You can't speak to a live person nor get an address. Instead you chat with someone. They wrote "The signup page clearly stated the absence of the subscription fee for the first month. The perks of the Pro Plan including the smaller transaction fee for each toll were mentioned. All the posted tolls were paid to the tolling agency and they can not be refunded, unfortunately." What a bunch of liars! I have never experienced such fraud. I will never use the 99 toll road again. I'll just take the long route! Thanks for taking this disabled citizen for a ride! Literally! read more

I have had the opportunity to utilize this location on two separate occasions. Each time they have been courteous, professional, expeditious and friendly! I thought I would write this review because it seems that people only write reviews when there are negative encounters with state employees. Maybe the EZ TAG store employees could do an in-house training for the court system employees; they certainly could use some people skills training. I've been an EZ Tag customer for 11 years but I'm switching to TX Tag this week. I switched out my tag into my new vehicle but the chip didn't register when I passed the tolls (I verified online). I called to clear this up since I knew this had happened. Well I got charged the regular toll price plus a fee (according to the operator this is not a penalty fee) for being upfront about the mistake. I get that it's in the user agreement but have you heard of customer service??? The sticker didn't register with the toll equipment which has happened before and was able to be sorted out. Arrived on a Saturday at 9:30am to no lines and a tram of folks ready to assist. Was quickly directed to a kiosk to complete my registration (under 5 minutes to complete) and then walked over to the next available rep how handed me my tag. Super easy process, not painful at all and excellent customer service. Even if there was a line, the tram was efficient, polite and eager to help. So glad I switched from txtag to EZTAG- they made it easy! read more
