I had a really bad experience with this collision repair shop. My car was done and no one ever…read morebothered to contact me to tell me that it was ready. Obviously someone in the shop was using my car because l found unknown cups on the back seat that did not belong to me. After l picked up my car I immediately noticed that my stereo, along with many functions was not working anymore. It looks like they installed a brand new door without properly installing or connecting the right wires etc. The man in charge kept saying they didn't touch my radio, blah blah blah. He then told me to bring it back so he can take it to the dealership to get it checked out. N so I dropped it off. My car was sitting in his shop for a whole week. I found out he never made the appointment to the dealership. All this time I could of had my car instead of paying a lyft to take me places. Was someone in the shop borrowing my car?? I don't know. I went to pick up my car as we agreed and he wasn't even there. I called him and he told me to come back later. When I finally picked up my car, I told him to let me know, the day and time of of the appointment so I can drop it off then. Guess what??Until this day, he never made the appointment. I called my insurance company, State Farm and they told me I needed to make a brand new claim for him messing up my stereo. The insurance company even told me, if there was man figure I can take to the shop so that he can get him to fix it! He said, sorry to say but sometimes men take advantage of innocent women. We had it towed to the Toyota dealership who informed us that Angel City had put in a USED catalytic converter and did not replace the O2 sensors as per the Contract! The car is not drivable. I have left multiple messages at Angel City and no one has called me back yet. Angel City was referred to us by a tow truck driver. BEWARE of tow truck drivers recommending this place.
