I went in for some new glasses and there was a lady who had curly blonde hair who helped me out, she could have been a little more approachable I guess. To me, this is the worst kind of business. It's a company who baits hard working, yet broke people to come inside, just to find that the "great deal" that they are advertising isn't NEAR as good as it sounds! We came in after just having a baby. BROKE, because of an advertisement that was just a steal! Well when we got there, the customer service was horrid and there was only TWO puny rows of glasses that are on sale. So unless I wanted to leave looking like HARRY POTTER or STEVE URKLE, we were going to have to pay an arm and a leg. Never again. I'd rather scrounge up the money to go somewhere else than go to this "walmart of the vision world." read more

Friendly fast service! Got glasses same-day since there were no special needs with the lenses!

I recently had to get corrective lenses and thought I'd go with contacts from my optometrist. Turns out contacts are not for me but I still needed somthing "right now!" Opted for glasses A friend recommended this place for inexpensive same day glasses. I gave them a shot And OMG!!! The staff was wonderful they called my optometrist to get my RX they were courteous and very helpful. No pressure to upgrade my lenses. I walked out of there with 2 sets of trendy inexpensive basic frames and lenses for under $40. To top it off they were ready in just over an hour. Highly recommended. read more

Poor class. Glasses ordered from here and was told machine was broken, this and that. Then that their office is somewhere else. Place relies on other bigger companies that leave them in the dirt so production doesn't even happen at this place. Lady working is a professional. Man in these is absurd and rude, no professional attitude. Get your glasses somewhere else if you want a great experience and don't want to be wondering when you'll actually get your glasses. read more

This place was awesome. They had a wide range of frames for all budgets. I purchased a pair of Michael Kors frames for 99.99 and lenses were only 30. Contacts are a little on the pricey side. 115 for 24 contacts. 69.95 for a box of 6. at least that's what the receptionist told me...seems a little off but meh. I just appreciated their attentiveness and my glasses were ready in about 10 minutes!!! This is the only optometrist I've ever had such prompt service at. Love my new glasses!!!! read more

Absolutely ridiculous! I called last week to schedule my husband an appointment for today, Saturday, because he works all week! He went in today and showed up 15 min early like they asked to fill out paper work and they informed him that they just had 3 walk ins before him and that he would have to wait. What's the point of an appointment if you have to wait anyway. I have worked in customer service for over 10 years and never has a walk in taken priority over someone who made and appointment over a week ago! Horrible way to do business. read more

This place was great. My daughter broke her glasses on a Saturday morning and we needed a new pair ASAP because we were going to be traveling. We went in with a copy of her prescription from her Opthamologist, that I always receive because of accidents in the past with my other children. I was told it may take up to an hour and a half for her glasses to be ready. 27 minutes later I received a text that they were ready. read more

In my 46 years of using local eye centers for prescription updating and exams, this location is the WORST. They are not forthcoming, have hidden fees & and are absolutely unprofessional. The "doctor" was rude, unprofessional and didn't take any responsibility for his staff's inaccurate information. This business scams the customer and should be shut down! read more

On Saturday went in and purchased 2 pairs of glasses. One pair for myself and one pair for my daughter. The place was really busy but I worked with the sweetest girl there and I let the lab know not to stress on our pairs. We would come back Monday to pick them up. On Monday we showed up to pick up the glasses and have them fit. Here is where the trouble began. The heavily tattoed optician did not know how to fit a pair of rimless glasses. After she bent the frames without using the frame warmer and the arma were contoured, I said it appears you do not know how to properly fit these frames. Then the GM Pat came over who was working with the only other customers in the store. He was rude saying he was busy and I would have to come back at another time. He could have easily asked the girl who was helping us to finish his sale. When I told him I would take the glasses somewhere else for fitment he said just let me fit them. I said no I do not want your help to give me the glasses. He said come on let me help you i am a christian. Thats when I snapped because I dont care what religion you are. I spent money for a product, wanted it fit correctly thats all. You are not busy and could have asked the other lady to finish your sale. But you didnt instead you were rude brought up your religion which is not appropriate. Pat your a poor GM and I would not go back if your the only one there. read more

Unfriendly staff. Poor customer service. Walked in and employee had arms crossed. and were not greeted. We brought in frames from other store and wanted to get the lenses here. We are long time customers. They refused to do it because they didn't carry that frame and supposedly they couldn't take the risk of breaking the frames and having to replace them. Why would you break the frames?? Isn't that your profession? Isn't this what you do? Very upsetting. read more

Called on Monday June 25 regarding advertised walk-in eye exams. Said you can be seen without an appt. informed me of optometrists hours. Went in today June 28th and said they don't have any appointments available until, possibly, can squeeze me in late this afternoon. Needless to say there is no such thing as a walk in. Maybe Eyemart should reconsider advertising and telling people over the phone to come on in no appt. needed. read more

I took a friend today help her with getting new glasses, and ended up leaving with two new pair myself. We were greeted by Liza as we entered the store, even though everyone was busy with customers, and told they would be right with us. Leon and Liza both helped me select frames, were honest in their appraisals and never made me feel rushed. My friend and I went to have lunch, and before we were even out of the restaurant, I'd received a text saying both pairs of eye wear were ready for pick up. Stacie was patient in making certain my glasses were correct, was a good fit and sat comfortably. All in all, a terrific experience, super prices and some of the best customer service I've had, no matter what the industry, in a very long time! read more
