Appointment went well, very professional staff and doctors, helped me with any questions I had…read moreabout my eye condition and my worsening sight, and billed my insurance as per usual. I have a feeling the other reviews are probably extremely one sided, as there are two sides to every story, I'm not sure who goes to an appointment as a full grown adult without all there information on there person, or who wouldn't expect a co-pay, especially if they have been with the provider long enough to know to expect a co-pay pay, just saying. Plus yelp is kind of not the most trust worthy review site, as anyone could sign up and leave a review, even if they have never even been to the place. For all anybody knows I, or any other reviewers may have never even been to this eye clinic, who knows if I or anyone else that's left a review even lives in Yakima? See my point? I feel some people need to maybe grow up a little, not sure how some people have survived this long into life tbh. Good eye clinic though, was professional and cordial to me, it probably has to do with the way some people treat other people that I was talked to and treated In a professional manner.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would ! I went in for my appointment & was soon later harassed…read moreby the reception . I was in a rush & did not bring my purse nor did I know I would have to make a payment to be seen since my insurance covers my yearly checkups . she then got very angry and got in my face calling me a stupid bitch & ridiculing me because I was scared and crying all because I didn't bring my purse/money to the appointment even though I was never notified about having to do so . VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT the doctor did nothing as I was standing there being threatened with tears running down my face . I will never be going back again & no one should support this business .

Plato's Closet - Yakima, WA - This is the employee being unprofessional and rude. She has no customer service experience. CLEARLY.

I went to Plato's closet today to try to get rid of some of my cloths i hardly ever wear. I did…read morenot know you needed an ID to do so. I had a picture of my ID front & back and I thought it wouldn't hurt to ask if that would work. I go up to the counter and ask nicely. As the employee tried to help me out another employee yelled from across the store "I told you that you need a real ID". I looked at her and walked away To not cause a scence more than she already did. That employee Ashley was not being professional and being rude the whole time I was there. Even talking about me as I walked out the door. BAD CUSTOMER SERVIC.

I am writing as a seller. I brought gently used and even some new clothing to the store. I called…read moreahead of time to learn about their process and what items they were currently accepting. I was told to bring in everything as it is an all-season store. So, I brought in six bags (four were smaller Walmart size bags) with unworn dresses, new leather sandals (it's nearly summer), and a few clean, unstained items I thought would sell well. I was told it would take an hour for them to review my items. That was fine--except I asked them what I should do if it took longer because I needed to be home in an hour and a half when my children got off the bus. They said if I wasn't back to pick up my items before the end of the day the offer for any of them would be gone and they would donate them. They said it was "their system," and they couldn't do anything to get around it. People run systems last I checked, machines are not in charge. When I suggested other options (can I come first thing tomorrow) if they weren't done in an hour, my suggestions were batted down with increasing irritation. I couldn't come back later because of my daughter's baseball game. It was very frustrating and would not have been an issue had it all been explained to me over the phone when I'd called earlier. I chose to gamble, and they did get my items sorted. They chose to take ONE item-- a pair of Old Navy shorts with the tag still on them. I can't prove it was out of spite. I hope not. I like supporting small businesses, but I could read the room and that felt weirdly personal. I suppose that's their right. It's also my right to let people know about my experience so you can make an informed choice.
