Kohl's cash or their coupons have nothing to do with it. The clearance section where things are 75% off have nothing to do with it. I stop at Kohl's all across the country because they have the cleanest restrooms out of the places that my wife has approved me to stop at. This Kohl's was no exception, at least for the men's restroom. My wife and daughter did not complain. It was a bonus when one of the friendly employees told me that I should try Miner Drive in for lunch. The only thing this Kohl's needed was a "map" up front so that we didn't have to circle the entire store looking for the restroom.

Their prices are fair and you get what you are paying for. The seats they have for you to try shoes on are comfortable and give you enough space to try them on. The place was jamming. It was likely an optical illusion, but this store felt bigger than others I've been to. Well maintained, and stocked out quite nicely, the biggest issue was navigating the inside traffic. People simply forget the 'stay to the right' rule when navigating shopping aisles. I looked for a while for another one that wasn't damaged. I wasn't able to find one, so I decided I could repair the loose thread at home with a knitting needle. I kindly asked the manager if I could have a small discount for the damaged item that I would have to go home to repair. She grabbed a pair of scissors to cut the loose thread. I told her please, do not cut the thread or the hat will come apart! I almost couldn't believe my eyes. I told her I can repair the hat but for that I wouldn't want to pay full price. She said she couldn't discount the price for the defective item. Honestly, my money and time would be spent better anywhere else. The store is constantly messy and their product is damaged. They refuse to help and in fact, are willing to further damage their product instead of helping the customer. Buyers beware. Would not recommend to anyone.
