walked in to find the employee smoking in store with one foot inside, one foot outside the door while chatting on the phone and didnt hang up or finish until we had been in the store for the entire second half of her cig. the store smelled of cigarettes in the far back.
they break rules for free advertising make false accounts on fb to do this even easier. then make too many prizes and try to short ppl of what they won. they are still holding my gift certificate hostage. i am told there was small print that disqualifies me, yet that small print is not always there when u make an entry so many ppl give them advertising in hopes of a prize.
upon going to the store and finding out about this rule that was not adaquately posted, i am told i must have id over 3 times to get my prize. i do not share exact same data as my id on here, so tough luck. i said i can login in front of you, i can msg you, the response again was you have to have id. so i informed her of all my complaints and how i would be following through with them.
out it on their facebook page, the employee lied about the situation, said they werent smoking inside, claimed that they would have worked something out with me had i not gotten upset and left... ya how many time werre you going to ask for my id before we reccommended a different method.
this shop is hiring new employees every other month. the parking lot is nothing but a sheet of ice with no salt or maitenance. gf almost fell and hurt herself (woulda been a fery deserving lawsuit, shame) shop had items laying ON THE FLOOR that we had to kick out of our way.
our trip was christmas eve 2015 and i hope we only had to deal with an employee. our Christmas was ruined, i was robbed $25 and called a liar.
