When exchanging a like product in a diiffferent size the associates try to up charge you. Meaning today's price which is more money than what you paid originally and all you are doing is exchanging for the exact same product in a different size. I was with my friend and I was the only one who had a mask so I went in to look for one so she could enter the establishment. I got through a couple stores and see footlocker was the only one with them available. I grabbed one and was on my way out when a big Mexican female with a ponytail told me I had to put it back. I tried explaining to her that it wouldn't be completely sterile because I already had it in my hand and it wouldn't be the most hygienic thing to put it back for a stranger to put on their face she continued to have an attitude so I put the mask down and left. She didn't even give me a chance to explain that we were going to do some shopping at the store but I had to get a mask for my friend first so we left without buying anything.

I called the store to ask about this and they told me they absolutely stood behind their products and would replace them. I took the boots back in to get them replaced and was told by the associate that the boots were "showing wear" and they would not replace them.
