Mr. Goodwin, the dapper proprietor of the establishment is a super cool, super chill gentleman who has an eye for fashion and takes really good care of his customers! He's like a modernized version of the monopoly guy, sans the pretentious monocle. That said, he's the dude who could pull off a top hat and monocle with the sophistication of not the monopoly guy! This place is a small storefront just off Yakima Avenue, that apparently has been here for 20 years. He worked at Nordstrom for many years, and now has officially been open doing his own gig for longer than he worked at Nordstrom! He specializes in helping gentlemen look their best. They carry an incredible selection of shirts, ties, pants, suits and accoutrements including hats, scarves and cuff links. Everything is custom tailored and included in the price - as he says, "This isn't men's warehouse"! Everything here is definitely on the pricey end, but as with most things, you're paying for quality and for a bit of customization. It's the sort of place that when you stop by before a wedding or get together, he'll hook you up with exactly what you need and make sure you look like a boss doing it! Perhaps the best thing about this place however, was the fact that while I was in there, there must've been five or seven people who wakes through that he knew by name and knew exactly the sort of stuff they'd be looking for. Is the big box stores continue to struggle, it's places like this they should continue to do well. Impeccable service, a great vibe, wonderful selection and a dude who's really paying attention and making sure he gets things right - hard to ask for anything more!

Comparing to department stores that mostly carry just a general assortment of shoes that are bland; Famous Footwear has what you are looking for. Their prices are fair and you get what you are paying for. The seats they have for you to try shoes on are comfortable and give you enough space to try them on. The staff are friendly and approachable. If I ever need a new pair of shoes I will be coming here again.

When exchanging a like product in a diiffferent size the associates try to up charge you. Meaning today's price which is more money than what you paid originally and all you are doing is exchanging for the exact same product in a different size. The associates deem it a "new transaction " so they can up charge you. Plus the associates are not customer service oriented.

I was with my friend and I was the only one who had a mask so I went in to look for one so she could enter the establishment. I got through a couple stores and see footlocker was the only one with them available. I grabbed one and was on my way out when a big Mexican female with a ponytail told me I had to put it back. I tried explaining to her that it wouldn't be completely sterile because I already had it in my hand and it wouldn't be the most hygienic thing to put it back for a stranger to put on their face she continued to have an attitude so I put the mask down and left. She didn't even give me a chance to explain that we were going to do some shopping at the store but I had to get a mask for my friend first so we left without buying anything.

Everything is ridiculously over priced. Saw online that they had a pair of shoes in store I had…read morebeen wanting so I came down at 830 and wandered around the shoe department until about 850 and NOONE came to check on me up until about 858 when I was already walking out a lady rudely asks if I needed help because they were closing in 2 minutes. I said no I didn't find what I was looking for I stood around by the shoes for almost 30 minutes but thanks anyways. She then " escorted me " to the door like what?? was I gonna book it back in? Nooooo Not to mention the shoes are so unorganized everything is mixed up.
