I was pleasantly surprised by how nice their facility is and how friendly the staff were. They had sent me new patient paperwork ahead of time so I could fill it out prior to my appointment. This made checking in very easy and I was seen right on time for my appointment. Everyone was very friendly, including the reception staff, the technician, and Dr. Anderson. I only gave 4 stars because they didn't tell me to bring my glasses/boxes from my contacts with to my appointment. They gave me a copy of my prescription so that I could order from a website with a rebate for the contacts but it didn't have enough information so I had to go back the next day with the contact lens boxes so they could input the info. They were very nice about it and didn't pressure me to order through them, but I thought it was a little odd that they needed my boxes in order to determine my prescription. Overall I was happy with my visit and will return!

They even have a app on iPad that can show you face, and then they can add all the frames you select, then you can see how they will look. Very cool application. I had my vision exam done at a competitor, but came here to Lens Crafters when I found their competitors selections of frames to be very limited. I selected a pair of Coach glasses and Ralph Lauren sun glasses, then sent them in with my prescription. I had both of my sets ready within 5 days and I was amazed by that. My experience at Lens Crafters was a very positive one. The staff was friendly, helpful and the selection of frames was extensive. If I had known of them prior to my vision test, I would have had everything done here at this location.

My appointment was scheduled and when I arrived, they took me within two minutes. The exam was pleasant, friendly and helpful. After I got my prescription, I wandered trying to pick out a pair of glasses. It wasn't as easy as I had thought it would be, but then again they were discontinuing almost all of their designer brands. I selected a pair, wasn't in love, but I needed a new prescription. After getting home, I got online, searching for frames. I found another location in town that had frames I really loved. I went back to Wisconsin Vision, explained how I found better frames for me, and they were very nice. They credited my credit card for the frames and cancelled my order. I will say, if you want a nice pair of economic frames, this place is great for that. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is very helpful.

I was able to go to Stanton Optical in Janesville, Wisconsin, and get them right away. My youngest got what she wanted, and I bought a lot of upgrades, but they gave her temp glasses until her special-order ones were ready in a few days. My oldest daughter had to get a stronger pair of special glasses because of her eyesight. The new ones with all the bells and whistles, as my youngest had, were ready in a week. I got some special reading glasses (Harry Potter-style) the same day; the ordered ones were there in a few days. Now my wife wants to go there to get her glasses. You all did an excellent job, and I was very impressed with how well and fast things went in the store, the eye exams, and the final product. My oldest daughter told me she can now see everything so clearly and perfectly. Thank you, Stanton Optical in Janesville, Wisconsin. Your whole team did an excellent job, and you are now our place of choice for all glasses going forward.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Firstly feels like you wait forever to be seen and when you do…read morethey take you back to a room and have a virtual optometrist. Secondly you pay out the nose for glasses they run a deal for 2 for 79 and the total in no way shape or form comes close to that. Even if you pick 200 dollars frames the total will be close to a grand. My boyfriend wanted to try contacts so they sent him home with the wrong prescription and they completely irritated his eyes. Went somewhere else and they explained they did it incorrectly. Which is ridiculous. Then they give you a quote of when the glasses will be ready and the glasses don't come for almost two months. Lastly once you get said glasses they break 4 times within a year the only good thing you got was the warranty for the year but once it's over it's another almost 500 dollars to get them replaced. Go literally anywhere else. Shitty quality and incompetent workers. Sad you pay so much for such awful products. There's a reason the reviews are awful.
