I was practically blind and stressed I wouldn't be able to see the rest of the trip. I showed up to Stanton optical unannounced and Lety immediately found me a sample monthly trial pair in my prescription. She let me use the exam room to try them on to make sure they fit well and sent me on my way with a free sample of saline solution and contact lense case. Three weeks later when I received my glasses, they didn't fit my vision and Serrins had to re-do. Another three weeks passed and when I tried my eyeglasses, they still didn't fit my vision, in fact, the lenses got worse! Another 3 weeks went by and I finally called Serrins about my eyeglasses, to which the staff said that it was delivered to the wrong lab and that they're going to send it back to the correct lab. Frustrated, I decided to retrieve my frame back and go somewhere else where they know what they're doing! Overall, there were 2.5 months without my glasses! Unacceptable! (Granted, Serrins have some friendly staff in the office, I would NOT recommend them based on my personal experience.)
