And since my prescription is expired a little more than a year and since the glasses were purchased just over a year, the best they would offer me is 50% off a new prescription for the crappy ass job that they did in producing this one year-old set of freaking glasses, to prevent it from getting scratched. 23 years. I arrived 10 min early for my appointment with all paperwork complete. Over 45 minutes later I was still waiting and no one had said anything about the long delay. So, I left. Later that day they called and offered me an appointment the following day. That appointment was rushed and the doctor only talked about my cataract and did not go over any other eye issues such as my glaucoma numbers. When checking out I had to argue with the receptionist to get her to look on the chart and tell me my glaucoma pressure numbers. She just kept saying over and over that if the doctor didn't say anything then it was "ok". How do I know that the doctor didn't forget to tell me. She was in such a rush. Glaucoma runs in my family and I need to track my numbers. I have a few other eye issues I will not get into here. You get the picture. The staff must enjoy it there, they seemed to be having a great time joking and laughing with each other. Too bad they get interrupted by customers.
