We moved to NC 2 years ago and realized it has been way overdo for my son to get his eyes checked. Before Covid sadly so I feel like a bad mom. But he has never told us he has trouble with his vision but he 'failed' his pediatrician eye test so Dr Williams and Triangle came highly recommended. She was FABULOUS and explained a bunch of things to my 15 year old who is a worry wort like me and helped ease his nerves. He thankfully didn't have anywhere near bad vision like they told us based on the PED test and could go without any help which we appreciated Dr Williams not trying to upsell anything. She said right now you are fine but if anything changes in the next year you could get glasses for driving and at school. So we loved that! We did end up getting a pair to have on hand but it wasn't needed. He found a cute pair and we are very thankful to found Dr Williams! read more

We scheduled our appointment for our girls ages 2 and 4 months ago. Our 4 year old is having severe headaches from vision issues that leave her needing to be in a dark, quiet room for 24 hours at a time. They called us today to inform us that they do not treat children under 5!!! We told them this when they called. This small child has been counting down the days to this appointment because she needs the pain to stop! The kicker, she turns five in 5 weeks! They clearly do not care. read more

absolutely one of the best eye doctors I have ever been to. They could have just sold me a pair of glasses but Dr.Willams took the time to explain to me what condition my eyes were in and steered me to have my cataracts repaired. From the front desk to the examination and glasses selection, every staff member was exceptional! There was an issue with my insurance and the wonderful front desk lady spent over an hour on the phone figuring it out for me. The girl that took me back and did some initial scanning was so upbeat and friendly. The doctor was very sweet and informative and made me feel right at home. The gentleman that helped me pick out my glasses was very helpful and honest and didn't try to pressure me into buying expensive frames that I didn't really need. I am very disappointed with Triangle visions optometry in Sanford. Before my payment was received they were nice and courteous but once they had received my payment I was not treated the same. I sent well over $500 not and I have vision insurance. I went on one occasion to get my contacts and leave my old glasses so they could replace the lens. The female who assisted took my payment for the lenses and contact order. Once I had done that is when she told me that I would have to send my glasses in and be without. I didn't have spare glasses nor contacts so I asked if I could have some of their temps but she said no because they only do that when you order a year supply. So needless to say I didn't leave my glasses and waited for contacts to come in. When my contacts arrived I took my glasses in and they never called me to let me know they had arrived. The only way that I knew my glasses were in was because I received an email, which went to my junk mail. Had I not checked my junk mail or if I was a person who never checks their email who knows when I would have actually gotten a call. I went to pick up my glasses and when I did the nose pad was missing. I asked the gentleman if he could fix it which he did. When he did this he scratched the lense of the glasses. I have been going there for a very long time and each time it seems to get worse. I will give them these the actual doctor is great it is everyone else that doesn't seem to have their act together. I will no longer be going to this facility for my eyecare needs. read more

Your family to them. Our family continues to use Dr. williams and her staff for our eye needs. I have always got up beat experience from her staff from the start of the visit to the end.
