The Administrative Staff was so unprofessional--they ACTUALLY discussed patient records where the whole waiting room could hear, and they werent shy about expressing negative opinions regarding patients whom they obviously didnt care for. On top of that? My appointment was scheduled at 1:40pm. I not only waited well over an hour just to enter the treatment room, but i wasnt seen by the doctor for at least 35-40 mins. I wasnt able to walk out to my car--visit FINALLY completed--until 3:45pm. Over 2 hours later. These people call themselves professionals? I call them as well as their bogus-ass "practice" a JOKE. Sumbody clearly needs to PRACTICE a whole lot more, if their intent is to stay in business.

The place is clean and looks like an oral surgeon office should. They went above and beyond by taking the time to explain everything to me in detail and repairing the damage that was done to me at the other place. I'm still currently visiting Sandhills and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone. I really just can't say enough about them and Dr. Berridge. Probably one of the best experiences I've ever had at any dental type of office which I hate going to but these people make it a pleasant experience which is a welcome change.
