I scheduled an appointment at 12:30am or so hoping to come in for a consult later that day at…read more5:00pm. At 9am, I started receiving multiple high-pressured texts that made me feel very uncomfortable and asked if I needed to reschedule. Since I didn't have a good feeling about the correspondence, I accepted the offer to reschedule. The texts then informed me I was be charged $50 for a late cancellation (even though I booked a few hours before and only cancelled because they suggested/offered that I reschedule). I was then informed that I could've taken an appt slot from someone wanting it and that's why I was charged the fee. However, the person I booked with had nothing but open slots from open until close of business. I haven't felt this undervalued by a Fayetteville-based business in the 5 years I've lived here. I would've spent more than enough money to make up for the confusion of this situation, but instead, I feel like this business thinks I was worth nothing more than a lame $50.

I would highly recommend this spa for everyone! I've even seen men come in to their spa for appointments.
