All of this was new to me. I had only had my eyebrows waxed over the years. Somewhere along the way, between covid, my cosmetologist changing professions and financial hardship, I had been plucking them at home. I had pretty sculpted eyebrows for years and years but my plucking got out of hand. I needed help! I did my research on the latest services available for eyebrows nowadays, which were not offered locally in Clinton or Roseboro, that I could find. I started doing my research online for places in Fayetteville. After viewing many different locations and reading review after review, I decided on Donia at Eye Envy. I wasn't going to let just any Tom, Dick or Harry work on my eyebrows. Donia had great reviews!! She was the person I needed! I just knew it. On her website, I made an appointment and paid the necessary fee to schedule with her. $10.00. Cool. She promptly responded. She emailed me several pages of policies to read,sign, and email back. I was so excited! I made it clear I was a newby and hoped I had chosen the appropriate service for me. It was for Henna tinting. She had also sent a few texts. She seemed so nice. Couldn't wait. Everything was set. The address was her home address. A nice gated community. She had left my name with the guard to let me in. I arrive at her house, we quickly said our "Heys and How are yous". Two requirements in her paperwork were to wear a mask and remove your shoes upon entering. I had my mask on. She didn't. I didn't hesitate a second further before I started the motion to remove my shoes. She hastily says "You know, this henna isn't going to help you at all and I don't want to waste your money". I had just driven over an hour to get there. Prior to my arrival, I had gotten a full body massage. I think that is what saved me that day from losing my cool. I told her that I wish I had of known and that I had just drove over an hour to get there. On the inside, I was thinking, Is she really serious right now!!?? She did seem like a nice lady and she apologized. I was so disappointed. Did she This happened about 4 weeks ago. I knew I was definitely going to give her a review, which I rarely do. I respectfully did everything she required and asked of me but she left me feeling disrespected that day. She sent me an email after I left stating the $10.00 was refunded to my debit card and she hoped I would use her services in the future. This is a long review to say, I felt my experience was great until I actually arrived for the appointment and any existing professionalism went out the window. It was shitty (for the lack of a better term). I hadn't even been there long enough for her to look at my eyebrows. Not even 10 seconds. I informed her what shape and condition my eyebrows were in from the beginning. I suggest, to Donia, that she should actually read and pay attention to what a new client is communicating to her and be more respectful of other's time. She had strict cancellation policies. Practice what you preach! I appreciate her not wanting to waste my money and I do not doubt her talent and abilities but she did waste my time with all those forms and my time and gas traveling there and back unnecessarily. Since gas is so cheap anyways!! Why did she let it go that far? May yo she continue to do good work and please your clientele in the future. I'm not a mean person but I don't like people to make me feel the way she did that day. It just wasn't meant for me to get that henna tinting done. Any effort made to aid in my eyebrow intervention would've gone a long way!!

Not chipped, nothing - pulled off in one big piece. I went back to get it fixed on Monday. The lady asked, "you messed it up?" Uh, no I did not mess it up. I sat and let it dry even longer than she told me to and I put on flip flops because I have been getting nails done a long time and I am not dumb. It wasn't like it was smeared or screwed up because it wasn't dry! Anyway, she fixed that toe, never apologized - nothing. I always maintain my nails and I tip well. It is a family business, and the older couple's daughter had taken care of me each time. On my last visit, the daughter did everything except my polish. It had gotten busy, and she was needed elsewhere, but her mother was going to finish me off. I thanked her, told her it wasn't a problem, paid her, tipped her and then waited for her mom. The mother proceeded to polish my nails, and was doing a pretty bad job of it. It left me feeling unsure about her doing my design so I canceled that part, was refunded for the design, and we continued. I had her correct a few visible polishing errors. She did so. On my way home, I realized they looked a hot mess. I called when I got home and spoke to the daughter, told her my problem, and asked what time she'd be there the next day. The following day, I returned. The daughter was working on someone else. She asked me what I needed, not realizing I was the one from the phone call. I told her, she then told me she would be right with me. After 30 minutes she called me over. I sat down and she starts to tell me that it wasn't so bad. That it could have gone for the 2 weeks. I am so sorry, but I didn't just pay $30 to have a polish finish that I could "get by" with for 2 weeks. the blemishes were obvious and horrible! Her attitude stank, and then the mother and father crowd around me to say the same things! "Oh, that's not too bad." Since when do we pay for PASSABLE? I don't think so. They made me feel like I was wrong for expecting a professional polishing job! I politely told them thank you, after my new polish. Declined a design, as well as an appointment for 2 weeks from then. NO THANKS! I mean no FREAKING THANK YOU! I haven't been back since. I wouldn't suggest them to a pig needing a nail clipping!

I have traveled all around In different states. Her lashes last for over a month with very little loss. She's really fast too. My eyes are very sensitive to lash glue and turn red....
