Welllll like some others - I too left thinking it would be "ok" and would hopefully look decent once it healed. The brow lines were uneven and jagged at the top and the pigment so shallow and sparse that it's must have been intentional to get me to come back to pay more for a touch up. Shape of brows was not how I expected - the owner who did them talked too much- like literally rambled when she should have been paying attention - almost seemed to be to distract from the lack of ability that was performed. Like a nervous chatter one does when they can't come up to par. I had Microblading done 10 years go in Sanford - it had all but faded out and my brows are now sparse from that fiasco and I needed a new set done - what I got was a joke. Literally. I was pressured into doing some sort of recorded review immediately after the procedure - so it was Johnny on the spot - of course you're not going to be ugly about your disappointment or the service bc you don't really realize or know how bad it is until a few days after. This place was convenient which is the reason I went to this one and the reviews seemed promising... years ago I put off going here and now I know why. My intuition knew better but now that I lived closer - I tried them anyway. Ughh ... Waste of money and very VERY unprofessional results. They should put more money into their training and results than their stores aesthetics. Just saying bc that pretty little bag with the joke of an oil to apply to my brows I had to pay for was overkill and a waste of money. I can't recommend this place. Was told my touch up would be $150 each ( brow and liner) getting the touch up I paid MORE money for the touch up than I did for the first initial procedure. I got the Microblading brow and duo liner. All together I paid over $800. When I wrote the business I was given a B.S price breakdown. Remind you, Buy two get one. At the end I ended up paying for the So called special. The break down shows a $350 discount no DISCOUNT! DO NOT FALL FOR IT! Very disappointed cause I was really looking forward to doing the BB glow. Owner offered No resolution other than BS price break down! This is the break down given.... how is this a special. Needless to say, I will NOT be back. As a single widow mother I do NOT appreciate the robbery that was done. Buy 2 get 1 free = Holiday promotion Breakdown received as follow; Your top eyeliner and brows only is the one you pay=350+350=700 the eyeliner bottom is free= it should be $350 price You save $350 from bottom eyeliner which is the promotion we have. Touch per procedure is only = $150 each procedure mam and you pay $450 yesterday because you have 3 procedures The special was, the way it was explained to me.. with the BB Glow I'd get the $350 off which would put the liner free AND also told if I paid CASH i'd receive a discount. Over 1200 dollars later, I am having to pay a new artist at another location to fix my lips. My first time I had my lips blushed here was April 2024, the artist did not do my natural lip line and I had a "lip painted on my lip". I was confused when I first looked at my results but paid and left. I paid full price for the lip blush and then added a tip (over $450). I emailed the owner and she said she would fix it and do my touch up herself. The owner did my second touch up in June and charged me full price ($150) for the touch up. I thought that this should have been done for free since the first session was done improperly but I didn't say anything. She told me that I would need a third touch up (which is because the initial lip blush was done incorrectly). I needed to save up some more money so I planned this for November 2024. I left with an unnatural pink, very very asymmetrical lip liner. The top lip has one side straight and one side rounded. The bottom has a very uneven line. They charged me $650 for this because she did the lip liner and the lip blush. I didn't know the lip liner would look so harsh and unnatural, let alone so asymmetrical. I have not received any money back for this and now have to wait a couple of months to get my lips redone so they are symmetrical. I went to another artist through another company for a consultation and she stated the reason they are so uneven is because The brow Queen did not map out my lips and chose to free style my lip tattoo. I have reached out to her and she said this is part of the "healing process". Miss Kitty has a wonderful place. Her staff is AMAZINGLY kind, and helpful. I got my eyebrows AND eyeliner done. I was nervous at first, but the brows didn't hurt much at all. The eyeliner was a little like having eyeliner put on with a stiff brush, more uncomfortable than painful. They numbed my eyelid, and I barely felt any "pain" I LOVE my results. After years of drawing my eyebrows on, I recently got them microbladed. After researching several individuals who offered microblading, I chose Kat because she had the best reviews. The entire process took about two hours. At the first session, after signing some forms, Kat chatted to me about my skin type, skin tone, what my brow goals were and told me what to expect from the procedure. She then designed my brows for me based on what I requested, and what she thought would work best for my face. She is very knowledgeable and keep my in the loop the entire time. Did it hurt? On a scale of 1-10, I will give it a 2. Kat's numbing technique made the procedure virtually painless. However, the pain level rose to about a 4 once the numbing cream wore off. Kat is very professional and provided excellent after-care instructions. My eyebrows look amazing after only one session and I have gotten several compliments. I plan to go back for a touch-up since Kat recommended it, but I think they look amazing after 5 weeks. If you follow her after-care instructions to the "T" you will be pleased with your brows. Worst service ever, they suck at micro blading. They ensure you will be satisfied with your eyebrows but they left me numbing my brows for what was supposed to be "30 minutes" 1 hour later... I'm still sitting with numbing cream on my face burning. I had to get up from my seat and let them know upfront I was uncomfortable. 10 minutes later someone finally comes to take it off. I finally get them micro-bladed and they looked decent. I was satisfied. Well 4 days later they peeled off like a heena tattoo and now nothing looks like was done to my eyebrows. I call this place and ask what can be done and they tell me nothing because I signed a form stating it isn't on them if the pigment doesn't attach well to my skin. They only recommend me come back in so I can get them retouched for another $145 yeah no crazy.
