I had something wrong with my eye and was quite miserable, and they worked me in immediately. It was such a good experience that I switched doctors immediately. That was 6 years ago, and even though Dr. O'Connell (a charmer, no joke) has retired, Dr. Martin has picked up the torch, and continued the stellar service. (He's also charming, but young.) The staff is VERY professional, and their knowledge of starting to age/aging eyes and thoroughness in testing is really comforting. I never feel hurried there, and they answer all my questions completely. I now need reading glasses, and they made it a lot of fun. If they don't have a frame that really tickles your fancy, they will order one for you out of the catalogs. They carry a wide selection of brands and styles, and I was thrilled to walk out being able to read the fine print on a Snickers Bar. (However, I wasn't too thrilled to see that I had been reading the calories wrong all along.)
