If a professional tells me they're not charging me for something that's a common practice like referrals, are there hidden charges for services they aren't telling me about? Second, why do i need to provide my medical insurance? I was told in case I come in with a medical emergency and too upset to provide medical ins info, my card would be on file. If I had a severe eye injury and I was that distraught, I'd go to the ED, not their office. Definitely not returning.

I have seen Dr Colborn a couple of times, with acceptable results, over the past few years…read more However, my most recent visit may be my last. I arrived 10 min early for my appointment with all paperwork complete. Over 45 minutes later I was still waiting and no one had said anything about the long delay. So, I left. Later that day they called and offered me an appointment the following day. That appointment was rushed and the doctor only talked about my cataract and did not go over any other eye issues such as my glaucoma numbers. When checking out I had to argue with the receptionist to get her to look on the chart and tell me my glaucoma pressure numbers. She just kept saying over and over that if the doctor didn't say anything then it was "ok". How do I know that the doctor didn't forget to tell me. She was in such a rush. Glaucoma runs in my family and I need to track my numbers. I have a few other eye issues I will not get into here. You get the picture. The staff must enjoy it there, they seemed to be having a great time joking and laughing with each other. Too bad they get interrupted by customers.

The grout was black and carpet was stained to the point of replacement. If your smart father father lived here it was a shame. The heath department should have been called in. What a shame this man was made to live in a nasty and unkept environment. Shame on you for allowing him to live in filth. The first week we have spent over $30k cleaning and repairing the house you terribly neglected. Shame on you sir for allowing your GRANT ANS INITELLIGENT FATHER TO LIVE THIS WAY.
