I got my eyebrows done here bc my usual spot was all booked up and I need my brows threaded desperately. I have no complaints and was satisfied with how my brows came out as I told the lady to just clean them slightly and not change the shape. I also came in an hour earlier than my appointment and they were able to accommodate me, which was much appreciated. I wish I had gotten the lady's name that did my brows, but I forgot. I also want to mention that I feel like their pricing was very reasonable. I will def be back! read more

Horrible job!!! This was my first time doing this and I told the women that! She completely butchered my eyebrows. I wanted a tint and lamination and instead the tint is spotty and not even AT ALL! the lamination has me looking like I was electrocuted!! I'm so upset and when I told her it's not what I wanted she said my eyebrows are "too thick" for lamination... and I'm thinking for one that's not true because I have friends that have had it done and there eyebrows are WAY THICKER.. and two if you felt it couldn't be done then why not say that before you completely ruin my eyebrows?? Please please please let me be the mistake you learn from!! Do NOT by any means go to this place.. do your research and vet these techs out.. this is proof that just bc they have license to do something dosent not mean they can! read more

I was desperately looking for a place to do my eyebrows. Just in time, an acquaintance of mine had posted about this place. I decided to give it a try since her eyebrows looked great and the spot is near my house. The studio is clean. The ladies cleaned the chairs, mirrors, and everything the customer touches. They also changed gloves after each customer and were wearing their mask. I liked that the lady listened to how I wanted my eyebrows to look and even drew it in so I can see it before they started. I will explain shortly why I say they. So here is my con. First, the time it took my eyebrows was a bit more than normal. It took 30 mins. I was in the studio for 45 minutes in total. Second, one lady started then there was about a 10 min wait before another lady came and finish tweezing my eyebrows. No communication whatsoever. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Here's the story. Whoever I spoke with previously in this chat, assured me that I will have an appointment with Crystal specifically at the Doral location. I was also told that the total will be $320 with the 20% off as I am a new client. I arrive at my appointment at 1 PM, and I ask for Crystal. Everybody looked at me confused saying that Crystal was teaching a class until 4 PM. But they assured me that the artist I was assigned to would be just as good as Crystal as I was very hesitant to continue. I didn't get the artists name, however she was a taller individual with short hair and glasses. Vivianna was there and was very pleasant to me trying to help translate my situation that I just want to shape my brows and go over the work the previous artist had done and we agreed the color to be Medium Brown. After two hours, I look in the mirror, my eyebrows are an orange - red color. I was in a state of shock. My hair color is brown with highlights, and my eyebrows are brown as well. I stated to the artist numerous times that I wanted brown coloring. She told me she was doing a medium brown. She never said that she was going to use a red pigment, which she then showed me the bottle only after the procedure that she used it. I never agreed to that and we never spoke about the color red. Also, she left me with two tails on one brow!! So now I have two lines on my left side! In the photos posted, the red color is NOT skin irritation, it is the red pigment she used. Have I had known this, I would have never done the procedure. She told me that by the evening, the color would wear off and it will turn brown. I don't understand how a red pigment can change colors. She showed me the bottle she used, red pigment. Not to mention, she also left me with two different lines on one eyebrow. She kept reassuring me that the red color would peel off by the evening. It's been 24 hours. My eyebrows look 10 times worse than what they were when I walked out. Till now I cannot stop crying, she ruined my face. I look awful. I cannot leave the house. After all this happened, I went to pay. The girl told me that I owe $450. I told her that I was told over Facebook chat that it would be $320 with the 20% off discount. She kept going back and forth with me telling me that it would be $360 because I did microblading and shading together. I kept telling her I did only shading, so it should be $320. I still had to pay $360. So not only did you guys mess up my face completely, you overcharged me as well. read more

Didn't like it. I felt really overwhelmed with the girl trying to sell everything to me. I went there to do my brows and waisted 1 hour and 30 minutes in there. I tried every single product because of this girl. At the end I bought a 20 dollars thing to color my brows that is not even water proof and a combo that I don't even going to used just to get me this girl off of me and finally do my brows. At the end it was an OK service if you want to look like Frida afterwards. read more

Eh. My previous review for this location was 5stars. Unfortunately, not the same staff as before. My brows look fake, have two new bald spots from the new tech and this visit. My upper lip threading was done half way... I'm spiked with patches of upper lip hair. After three years I will be looking for a new studio... so so sad... I was there 2 weeks ago for a microblanding I asked them for thick eye brows they took four hours and at the end I told the lady that one was less thick then one and she said that it was perfect and I should go for a re touch and pay for them obviously in conclusion they did not do a good job now I have to look for a new spot and pay again so they can make one eyebrow the Same I would never recommend this place. read more

I went in for Eyelash Lift and Tint as well as Eyebrow shaping and tint. I had Mislaidy and she was AMAZING! She was very sweet and patient and made sure to take her time with me since this was my first time. She explained each step in detail and made sure I was comfortable. I loved my results after!!
