Changing my previous 5-star review. Lovely Eyebrow Spa is terrible. At the time I wanted my eyebrows microbladed, there were zero (and I mean zero) people in my state who offered the service. After seeing their Instagram I had to try it, so I took a flight out to Miami. There was a significant language barrier, and Veronica drew a crazy thick and arched brow on my face, which I politely declined. I told her I'd prefer to draw them how I wear them, a much more natural shape, and she gave me a ton of attitude- I didn't feel bad because it's MY face, but I was annoyed she didn't understand it's better for both of us if I'm happy with the shape. As others pointed out, the brows looked great for a few days and then faded to nothing, even after the touch up. It now looks like mine were done with a faint powder technique. They also do microneedling here, not microblading, so it will not look natural. Since I came here, eyebrows and touch ups have also doubled in price. Avoid getting your brows done here like the plague! Luckily mine don't look horrible, but they do look like they're filled in weirdly. I can't get them fixed until they fade more. Learn from our mistakes and go elsewhere! read more

I live near by and was super excited to have an eyebrow place near my home. I asked for my eyebrows to be waxed and tinted. LORD the woman first made them totally uneven, and then after she drew on some Charlie Chaplin looking eyebrows... it was ridiculous.. I didn't know if to laugh or cry. Thank god I was able to go home and scrub away the hot mess the lady made. What a shame too, because I would have been so happy if they would have come out at least somewhat acceptable. for the record I am NOT a picky person... if they would have at least not been like half an inch thick I would have kept them LOL. BTW- Speaking Spanish is a must- I'm Latin so it's all good, but just a heads up for non-Spanish speakers. read more

I booked my appointment 2 months in advance. I was so excited that finally the day had come that I even ask for a day off. My appointment was at 4PM they call me at 1:30PM and they asked me if I could go earlier 3PM or 3:30PM because they were going to leave early. I was so excited I even told them I could be there at three I asked my boss to let me go at 2pm when I was getting there 15 minutes earlier 3PM they call me and they canceled my appointment. Appointment I made two TWO MONTHS IN ADVANCE. VERY UNPLEASANT AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Could have gone somewhere else instead of waiting TWO MONTHS to be cancelled at the last minute. I have tried several spas looking for my brow specialist and I have finally found thee one. When you first arrived you are greeted by their receptionist who checks you in and request your license and provides paper work for you to complete. They are extremely attentive and ask if you like water, coffee and tea. It's a very calm and sanitized space. Once your done with your paper work the specialist comes to greet you. I met Laura and instantly felt comfortable. She measured my eye brows, did her markings and always asked what I thought every step of the way. She made adjustments as i requested them which i love because she respected what i wanted. She is very detailed and took her time to ensure everything was right. I had done micro blade before so i was expecting to suffer lol but with their advanced technology in micro pigmentation it was a breeze. Laura was amazing and I cant wait time return for my 45 day touch up. They also offer various services such as make up, lip pigmentation etc. Love love this spa. It's truly a gem. I had my eyebrows done here, I liked the service and the attention from the staff. I do love how my eyebrows turned out! I do believe they were over priced, I paid $380 not including the retouch which was $80 a total of $460 not including tip. Definitely think this price should be modified, if not they'll be losing clients who will find cheaper places which provide the same procedures. read more

The worst customer service has this place. I asked for an appointment a month in advance, they changed it without notifying me and when I was arriving at the place for a second time, they called me to cancel again. The owner Angelica is the worst attending customers. She was who canceled me minutes before arriving. They also charge too much for what they do. I do not recommend this place is lousy. read more

DO NOT ever go to Lovely Eyebrows and Spa!!!!! My mother went to this place for 3D hair stroke eyebrows. Before the appointment, they mentioned that the "pigmentation" (which means coloring) of the brows would decrease a certain amount, which is understandable. However, after my mothers eyebrows scabbed away completely, the work did not look at all like 3D hair strokes. It looked a hot mess. We reached out to Lovely Eyebrows to advise that the work did not look at all like what was sold. After days of back and forth, with the office staff, they finally agreed to contact the owner. The OWNER does not want to do anything about it. Not even a complementary touch up..... this is ridiculous!!!! He is making my mom wait 45 days and then pay $80 for a job badly done, which we initially paid close to $400 for. They are advertising the eyebrows when they are fresh but the reality is that they look nothing like this days later. And they fail to tell this to their customers. We understand that pigmentation does lighten, but they are selling this service on the basis on "3D hair strokes" which is NOT the final product. They don't care about their customers! Again, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! read more

horrible work !!!! first time i had them done there i was very satisfied veronica did them everybody complimented my eyebrows i got the hair stroke on november 15 i went back for a touch up n found out veronica no longer works there they gave me an appointment with janet well, horrible, first of all one eyebrow is longer n darker than the other, did not get the hair stroke she did a tattoo i we t back and showed the manager she said i need to heal and they will try to fix them, she even took pictures. very very very dissatisfied!!!' read more

I made an appointment and paid a deposit but had to cancel it due to becoming pregnant now its been a month and 3 weeks since I've cancelled it and they have yet to return my deposit money . I have had to call every week and every week theres some different issue about why they haven't returned it , they "don't receive my text messages with my address" or "we don't have your bank in florida" which is very much a lie because i live in florida just not in Miami . Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

The customer service definitely needs major improvement... Besides that, Your brows look good the day you leave, but that only last about 4 days. After your first week, your eyebrow design fades about 75%. They promise you 3d hairstrokes, but that does not stay after week 1. They will then try to charge you to correct your brows.
