My eyebrows came out ALRIGHT. I asked the lady to just clean up my brows but she went ahead and made them thinner. She insisted that she had to make them even but I've gotten my eyebrows threaded before and that's NOT an issue I've ever had. However, my friend who came with me also got her eyebrows done and they were NOT okay. The right brow had a much higher arch than the other. Again, she has also gotten her brows threaded before and this was never an issue. The lady continued saying it was because one eyebrow was longer. Because she offered to fix it (which we refused due to the fact that she would have made them thinner), I'm still giving them a 4 Star rating. Overall, the place looked tidy and the lady was friendly. She even complimented my daughter and tried to make conversation after the services which made me feel at ease. read more

The energy here is great and that is something I appreciated on my first visit. The owner is very kind. The prices for services are also very fair. My reason for 4 stars is that I actually don't like the way my eyebrows turned out as they are far too thin along the tail of both brows. I had been growing them out since April hoping to get a good foundation started as the last shop removed the entire tail of my brows. Sitting in the chair before I left I didn't think they were too bad, but after coming home and really looking closely, they're too thin. I'll allow a few months to have the hair grow back in and hopefully the second time around is better. read more
