How can I not give the service high reviews! Only one lady managing the store. Had 2 ladies before me, had a short wait. Clean, ample seating area, magazines available. I hadn't managed my eyebrows for a good week and needed to get them cleaned up... she was fast, efficient, kind and attentive to all the areas. She charged me $14. I had let my eyebrows grow out for 7-8 months. I found this location on yelp. I am very glad I waited. I had my brows tinted and threaded and I love them! She was incredibly nice. The threading is rather quick, but so effective. I have some areas that appear to just not grow anymore so she couldn't make the front any thicker, but that is something I knew. I am not ready to do the microblading thing just yet - I wanted to try tinting for now and see how my own eyebrows look. She just did such a fantastic job that I couldn't believe it! I waxed for years (hence my missing hair) and they never looked this good after a waxing. In the picture, I have no makeup on my brows just the tint. This was the day of the threading/tinting. I have been terrified to go to someone new for my eyebrows so I did them myself and they came out horribly. I thought I would have to wait three years to grow them back but I tried a new local spot and she did a great job in like 15 mins. There was two people before me, so the wait was about 30 mins but they came out nice. I'll be going back to see if it's the same next time I've gone back at least 10 times and the same every time. Consistently So, I've been back a million times since my first time. And she is now, my new eyebrow lady. I've had the same eyebrow lady for over a decade She is that good. This is my favorite place to get my brows done, and I come by once a month to get my brows cleaned up. I started coming here when my old brow place messed up my brows and I was really unsatisfied. This place is very clean and bright. Everyone that works here is very friendly and ensure they give you the best customer service they can. Luckily, they have a stamp card system so after 10 services, you get one for free. Since I've always stopped by without a preference on who does my brows, I can definitely say that everyone that works here does an AMAZING job at what they do! I've never had a bad experience. I really like how they ask you if you're satisfied with their work before you leave, and they are always willing to fix it based on your request. They also ask if want aloe vera applied after your service, which is a PLUS for people with sensitive skin like me. read more

I looked up many places before choosing Eyebrow Shape. I was very excited when I decided to take my sister and I here for our brows that we've been growing out for a very long time. My sisters brows turned out okay. When it was my turn to go I clearly explained to the lady that I did not want any thinning and just to clean them up. Once she was done, I was HORRIFIED!! My eyebrows look like they came straight back from the early 2000's and very thin. What upsets me the most is how my wishes were completely ignored! Now I'll be spending the next couple months drawing them in and letting the grow out. I've seen some great reviews on here but unfortunately for me, that is not the case. read more
