One Liner: Once you go to Heena for your eyebrow threading you won't go anywhere else, trust me…read more I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for a few years and after trying numerous places in Benicia, Vallejo and Fairfield I'm extremely glad I found the Final Touch. Heena is a master of shaping your brows without them looking too thin. For a guy, you want them to be thick but have that clean look. Never have I once had a bad experience going to Heena. She knows exactly what you want and gives you that natural look with great symmetry. I usually come in as she is closing but she always takes time to get me taken care of. She is the sweetest person, and I couldn't recommend a better place honestly. I only wish more customers knew about her service because you wouldn't have anyone else touch your brows after going to Heena. She's always quick, efficient and goes above and beyond to give you excellent service. Keep up the good work!

She did not text back to make it right. As customers, we are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice or face a cancellation fee. It would be reasonable to expect the same level of professionalism in return. This experience felt very unprofessional. I recommend booking with someone who will respect your time.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted right away and seated. The young lady shaped my brows quickly and efficiently. She suggested I try henna brows, and I was honestly hesitant at first. But she could tell I was a little curious and confidently explained the benefits without being pushy. I finally said, "Okay, let's do it," and it was hands down the best decision. I absolutely love how my brows turned out. I'm so happy to have found my new local eyebrow spot here in Vallejo!

When I first walked in I requested the henna design, eyebrows and upper lip she did not state then it was not offered or would not be able to then. Then another customer walked in and was waiting. Once I was ready to pay following the first two services she then claimed they didn't offer henna services at all. When it was clearly listed on their bulletin of services above. I wouldn't have gotten any services done had I known henna was not a service even offered apparently. I do my own eyebrow threading on myself and threading in general. Left without the service I wanted in the first place.
