If I could give the threader lady a negative star, I would. I came in for a lip and eyebrows. I've been growing my eyebrows for months and only wanted them cleaned on the bottom ( only a few eyebrows) Right when I sat on the chair I told the threader I only wanted the bottom of my eyebrow cleaned bc I've been growing them out. Her response was, "yeah, yeah, I know". We'll she didn't know, she threaded the eyebrow Ive been growing for months When I told her that's not what I wanted, she was combative. I was so sad and disappointed at the service I had to leave. Never again will this salon get a penny from me. My right eyebrow is how much eyebrows hairs I wanted threaded. Should have read the negative reviews before going in because I had the same experience. Lady was not friendly and was getting annoyed that I was not holding my eyebrows like she wanted. When I went in I had no idea I would be assistant. I had been growing my eyebrows for months and half of my eyebrows are gone cause she did them so thin. Never have my eyebrows been this thin before. I always appreciate the ladies who work here. They understand how particular I am. And they are always on point. "Happy" used to be the only person that touched my brows. But she hasn't been working there for the past few months :( So then I met Roob. She has a kind smile, so I thought it would be nice to let her take a shot at my brows. She has been great to me! Keeps them thick just like I like it. She is also a beautiful henna artist. I paid $30 to get my leg done. She did her own design and it lasted for weeks! I'm shocked because my skin is dark. Came into this business thinking it be good. I was wrong. The lady was pushy. I asked for a clean up, than was asked did I want my upper lip done, I responded with no she said you need it done, rude as hell. She starts cleaning up my eye brows and tells me I'm holding my eyelid & forehead wrong, while asking me to pull tighter, well she did it and ended up making me bleed. No bueno!!! She chopped the end of my eyebrow off and said your eyebrows would be better thicker, she did half butt job! I have a hold in my eyebrow and she insists on telling me it's a "bald patch" I said no it's not a "bald patch". I have one thick ass eyebrow & one thin eyebrow. My daughter got her eyebrows done & she chopped the top of one eyebrow and made her eyebrow gap bigger than what it should be. I'm very disappointed with the service. Not only that but I was looking at the stuff they had for sell and she watched my every move like I was going to steal. For some background: They moved from beside Starbucks to beside Papa Murphys, literally a couple doors down, also same name on the business. Before they moved they punched my stamp card and told me they were moving, but that it would still be valid and she wrote on it stating so. I go again after they moved and pull out my stamp card, the lady says "it isn't valid". I said they wrote on it and said it was still valid after the move. She takes my card rips it up and says "it's not valid, we have new management". Didn't even look. I'm sorry, that is poor customer service. If you have a repeat customer with a stamp card with your company name on it; you should be honoring the card regardless of new management. read more

I've been coming to this place for five years. I'm an ethnic woman and my facial hair grows fast. I always come once a week for either a full face, or a upper lip, chin and brow thread. I only recently saw they have an UNLIMITED card where you spend $140 upfront for UNLIMITED full faces. They recently took off this promotion but my card is still valid til late April. The point: Rupa the lady that works Wednesday's told me today that I couldn't get my weekly threading because it hasn't been two weeks?? NO WHERE IN THE PROMOTION DID IT SAY A NUMBER OF TIMES I COULD GO. She sat there and argued with me so I left. Extremely unprofessional and not honoring UNLIMITED PROMOTION THAT I PAID FOR. Went regularly and got brows done, they supply a stamp card where after your 10th you get your next free. When I went last time I was told she couldn't find the punch that day so she signed. However, when I came today she said "she never signs", didn't even give me a chance to explain, and didn't count it. Very unprofessional and rude. Will NOT be returning. I am so so happy with this place!! I just moved to the area and had been putting off getting my brows tamed. For those of you that have had someone completely mess up your brows, you get the struggle. I feel that it's harder for me to put my faith in an eyebrow person than, say, a hair person. Hair grows back but eyebrows don't always grow back. Long story short, the employee did a fabulous job and I will definitely be back. I'm giving the three stars as an average rating as I've been here multiple times. The first several times were great. My eyebrows turned out really nice. The last time though, they were really uneven, and the lady took a fraction of the amount of time the others usually take. Maybe she was new or just not as experienced. I showed her where the unevenness was - the left brow was a lot thicker than the right one - and she attempted to fix it, but it was clear she didn't really know what to fix. I tried to stop in the next few days to have someone else take a look and fix them for me, but it was the same lady each day. I'll try them again, but if that same lady is working, I won't.
